Best app, makes fasting simple

Great app keeps track of hydration and exercise plus logs all the food you consume. Give great recipes and exercise routines. Breaks down the content of good into food groups and tracks your weight loss. Daily goals to achieve plus useful information about nutrition

A app is perfect for anyone who's never…

A app is perfect for anyone who's never done. Internet fasting. Makes things easy, and I kind of like the fact that it's not looking for exact macro tracking. Having to actually sit there and write out what you ate, versus selecting it from a menu and seeing your numbers has a completely different feel to it. It actually forces you to be mindful

I have cancelled my subscription

I have cancelled my subscription, which was not straight forward. Why? Fasting for continuous periods is not for me. At the end of the day, to use Simple to loose weight, is just another version of CALORIES IN - Calories out . Or put another way, watch what you eat + regular exercise = weight loss.

The Simple app was easy to use

The Simple app was easy to use, I liked the ability to track my food intake, and the analysis of what I'd eaten. Unfortunately I found intermittent fasting wasn't an effective weight loss method for me. I'm not an after dinner snacker so there was virtually no difference in when I ate, and as a result little weight loss. When I decided to cancel my subscription I was worried I'd have difficulty doing so due to comments I'd read on line. That was not the case at all. My refund was handled promptly and efficiently within an hour of issuing the request. My experience with Simple has over all been positive, even though there no significant weight loss.

This app is amazing!

This app is amazing. I’m so glad I stumbled upon. I’ve done intermittent fasting before, but not like this. This app truly keeps me on track for intermittent fasting. I log when I start my fast and when I break my fast. It has an AI chat where I can ask all the questions I have regarding my food, nutrition, exercise, anything else related. I’m absolutely obsessed and I just cannot think this app enough! I’m finally losing weight after struggling for so long to lose it!

Wasn't as informative as I would have…

Wasn't as informative as I would have liked. I found Noom was more helpful but neither let you construct a detailed enough dietary restriction list for a variety of recipes. Limited on workouts compared to other programs.

Very happy with Simple

Very happy with Simple. I can't quite put my finger on why it's helped me so much, because I had tried other intermittent fasting apps before. I think its because it incorporates food monitoring that doesn't require too much detail (like say MyFitnesspal), that it includes interesting informative short articles.. I do think everything is much more simplified and kept yo the essential.. but also that its come at the right time in my life to support a new healthy lifestyle regime. All in all I've lost 10kg so far, and the app has contributed!

I think simple life also trade as…

I think simple life also trade as better me I left a bad review for better me and they refunded my money now 3 months down the line despite never signing up for simple life they have managed to take £59.99. I was convinced my card was skimmed at a cash machine but despite disputing it simple life get to keep my money fuming

Semi helpful app

I thought this app would help me lose weight through fasting methods only. It encourages you to log in some daily exercise too.

The avo chat bot is usually helpful but occasionally makes incorrect or repetitive statements that can be annoying. The app also does not provide an approximate calorie count for food consumed but provides instead a ‘low/fair/good/optimal’ rating.

By greatly restricting my sugar & carb intake, eating more vegetables & keeping hydrated I have lost a small amount of weight in my first month of using the app. It remains to be seen if I will actually achieve my target weight in the time frame described by the app.

Great app

I will fail at all diet/lifestyle changes without an accountability partner. This AI bot "Avo" is just real enough to be an accountability partner. It's working for me! I've been doing this about a week and a half and I'm down 4 lbs! I wish it remembered what we had previously discussed but that would probably be too creepy for AI

Simple is helping me starve depression

Simple is helping me stay on track with healthy choices while I’m grieving. I spent several weeks eating junk after a traumatic death in my family but I felt so tired and gross all the time. I knew I needed help but feeling unable to monitor my eating and hydration on my own. Simple has helped me get on track the last couple weeks while I heal from loss. It’s definitely made a difference encouraging me to move, drink water, and make better food choices. All of these are helping me feel better overall and not ‘feed’ depression with sugar and inactivity. Some weight loss as a result would be great but for now my goal is to simply take good care of myself.

Game changer

To log meals with photos is a game changer. So much easier. The AI coach is very good, like having your nutritionist always with you. App is really simple and effective. Love it and recommend to all my friends that want to control or lose weight

Pleasant Refund Experience

Unfortunately I started out defensive & ready for a battle when I realized this was going to cost more than I could afford & I needed to ask for a refund with out even trying the program . But much to my surprise there was a very quick response to my request & an offer to make it right with me the best they could. After a few emails between us I was very satisfied with the outcome and very impressed with their customer service. The communication was wonderful and unexpected. I can only imagine how wonderful it will be to work with the guides there when I am more prepared to start this program & my Dr approves. I will definitely be back . The AI chat checks in with you daily…

The AI chat checks in with you daily and makes very helpful goals and recommendations to help improve your daily habits. It's encouraging and works with you. I also love the fasting tracker. It shows you when you're body starts to burn the fat and when your blood sugar levels start to drop. In doing this it helps me identify what I'm feeling and handle those feelings. So far my weight loss goal is on track.

Brilliant

For me the style of dieting just didn’t suit my lifestyle etc. after assuming I’d cancelled my auto renewal I was debited again. Needless to say I was not happy, but the customer service team was absolutely fantastic- offered a full refund and couldn’t apologise enough. 10/10
