I was delighted to find an Earth Shoe style that I purchased several years ago but was no longer available through Earthshoes. I was even more delighted that the Shoolu price was significantly less than what I originally paid. The shoes arrived promptly and were packaged exceptionally well. Shoes are great and so was the price, however, your website is not secure and my credit card information was taken shortly after I made the purchase. My credit card company had three small purchases within 10 minutes after purchasing my shoes from your online site. I was credited from the fraudulent charges and issued a brand new credit card. So until your website is more secure, I will not be buying from your company.

I looked for this model of shoe for months. Everyone was out of stock.

This is my second trial to purchase from Shoolu.com. I must say order process was easy, delivery both times were efficient and on time. With these pluses and incentive to buy with promotion codes certainly encourage shoppers to return for more. I do not have the need to return nor exchange any shoes, so comment on that part is lacking. Competition is keen. It is wise to keep customers happy in every way possible. Shoolu so far is doing just that.

Shoolu made my shopping experience GREAT! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. One of them fit perfectly. The 2nd pair didn't. I sent them back, another followed back to me, and alas, they too didn't fit. My purchase of Dansko sandals arrived zippity-quick and were exactly what I ordered. I appreciated the affordable price! If it wasn’t as low as it was, I would not have bought them. Thank you for providing me with a reasonably priced good quality product and service. Just one piece of advice: If possible, in your pictures, show ALL 4 sides of the shoe. I had to go to another online site to view the outer side of the sandal. It was important to me for comfort reasons.

The shoes that I ordered arrived by UPS in 3 days, and were exactly the Sanosan shoes that I was looking for. I am familiar with this brand, but it is not easy to find in US shoe stores. The tops of these sandals are made of good quality leather, the insoles have great arch support, and the shoes look luxurious! And the price is unbeatable! Thank you Shoolu! As a matter of fact I.purchased these shoes for my wife as a gift for our 56 th wedding anniversary. She loves them!

What made the experience great is that i was looking for these sneakers for a long time and your company was the only place i could get these hush puppies at a real great price with free shipping to me i always look for a bargain and i know at the times we live in with prices so high to find a great shoe helps.
