Did not get the insoles. Picture of shoes was not accurate. It look like te tile but ended up being nylon (plastic)

I thought the process and the quality of their product was good, but the orthotics killed me, so I couldn’t use them. I think they could be good for some people, but they didn’t work for me.

Shoely is the single best investment I made with my running gear. My times improve. My injuries are minimized. In a packet of information I give to new runners SHOELY is my first recommendation with shoes. The cost is minimal. I am a Los Angeles area road runner since 2020 with 21 marathons.

Easy scan process and a perfect fit of my insoles. I was skeptical given I have tried dozens of highend insoles in the past without finding one that was comfortable for my high arches, but Shoely came through! Definitely worth trying.

I was gifted a Shoely fitting at the LA Marathon Expo. I ran the marathon with my old shoes. When I got the new pair with Shoely insoles. It was like day and night. It took a few days to adjust to the new fit and wider shoe size I walked around for a few days to adjust. But when I stepped on the road it was like floating ON CLOUDS! Such a game-changer. Now I have the confidence to run farther with these insoles. Great customer service and shoe recommendations.

Quite amazing that the Shoely team is able to make custom molded insoles to fit my foot based on taking some photos with the camera on my phone. They fit great, provide excellent support, and have stood up well to my consistent use over the past couple months.

The orthotics are great. I already feel the difference with my feet and my back. The CEO/co-founder August Dyess addressed my issues with the app and made the process much easier. I will definitely continue to use this company's products. Great experience overall!

Met the Shoely pros at the expo for teh New York City Marathon. The custom insoles feel so great! The first time I have ever felt like shoes were made for me, because they were!

Fantastic experience and I would highly recommend to anyone, including those who don’t live in America. We met the team at a Rock n Roll expo earlier this year and had my scans done in person. We were in the states on holiday and was skeptical how Shoely would work from when we lived in New Zealand. The trainers arrived and the sizing was spot on. Due to absolutely no fault of Shoely, my trainers were faulty. The customer service was fantastic and I had a replacement pair of trainers with me very quickly. I am now a complete Shoely convert and will be telling all my friends. Thank you to August and his team for helping me to finally get the right size and style of trainer for my needs

Working with Shoely was just a really cool experience from start to finish. I met August at a pre-race expo and was hooked on the idea. I really enjoyed the customized video of my foot/squat scans and the recommendations after. They were super helpful and responsive via email. Most importantly, I ended up with some shoes I really like!

I have been having pain in my feet that is difficult to describe.I ordered the sneakers Shoely suggested, but was disappointed my foot pain continued. August and I emailed back and forth, he suggested we have a video chat, which was perfect. I was able to show him exactly where my pain is, and showed him my past sneakers which gave him a visual understanding of how I walk. August listened and offered me options. I felt cared for, as he knows we runner/nurses feet take a beating! I am looking forward to his next suggestion.

These inserts are a game changer! I’m a Surgical Tech, so I’m on my feet and running around all day. I interchange between Nike’s and Hoka’s for work, and I could feel a huge difference in arch support and overall comfort. I no longer experience foot fatigue after a long day!

AMAZING customer service by Shoely once again!! I wanted to race in Alphaflys and Shoely was the only site I could find any available. Upon first order, the shoes were a half size short. With just under a week before my marathon, I reached out to August to see if there was any way to exchange for the bigger size before I left for my race. August responded immediately and the shoes made it with two days to spare! I even got some training runs in with them. They served my race perfectly and allowed me an 11 minute PR and Boston Qualifying time!! I truly cannot rave about the Shoely team enough!!

The guidance video was a game-changer for me. The science behind why certain running shoes were suggested changed me from being loyal to one brand and now loyal to what my feet need. I've told everyone about this wonderful experience and how my feet no longer hurt. Thank you for making the shoe experience less painful. I will never go back to ordering shoes from a shoe store or running a store.

I discovered Shoely at the Rock & Roll Expo and was truly impressed by their ability to find my perfect running shoes. The story of how Shoely started added an extra layer of appreciation for the brand. After receiving my assessment, I was amazed. The personalized recommendation and the insoles led me to purchase my first pair of shoes, and the experience has been fantastic during my past two runs, as I prepare for my next marathon. I decided to become a member, and from now on, all my running shoe purchases will be from Shoely. Love Shoely!

The process worked and was efficient. I received my inserts within days and they seemed well made if a little less supportive than I was used to from my over-the-counter inserts. Unfortunately, it has not ameliorated my plantar-faciatis any more than my commercial inserts. I was hoping that since they were custom they would work better, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

I was very impressed with the quality and “feel” of my custom inserts. They are a bargain for $79. They are as good as the orthotics I got from the podiatrist, and a third the cost. I’d highly recommend them. I plan to order a second set. I had a little problem getting my foot scanned. I would highly recommend reviewing the training video two or three times before starting. It will help immensely, I only did it once and that was a mistake.

I wanted a pair of shoes for road running. The Shoely fit process definitely took the stress out of getting the right type and size. My order came really quickly and did fit perfectly; custom insoles were comfortable and feel like they’ll last. One negative: shopping / browsing is a little clunky. Excited to leverage this for more styles!
