Any body knows how to contact this company?
When I bought my car I had purchased a protection plan (extended warrantee).
Now the car is canceled and I still have 3 years more of coverage which means getting some money back as normal result for this situation.
It seems they disappeared from Los Angeles.
I could not find a website or location map or contact no.
Please advise if you have any news about them

I had no issue selling Shift my Chevy Volt. After the car was inspected and photos taken, the paperwork was efficiently completed by Denell. He was professional, patient and helpful. Their offer was very fair, and I was never asked to accept less. There was a delay in payment however I received emails from Lyndsey who found a work around to make sure I received payment ASAP. I highly recommend Shift in Oakland!

Shift.com really came through with their at-home test drive service. It was so convenient to schedule, and the agent who visited was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Made our decision much easier without the hassle of visiting a dealership.

Very smooth, organized process turning my car in to the Shift location in Oakland. Loan was paid off promptly but I'm still waiting on the excess funds to reach my bank account after 4 business days.
I have now waited 9 business days without receiving the balance owed to me after Shift paid off my auto loan.
Update - everything is all good! Turns out the outside finance company had held my funds due a mistake on their part.

The end after 2nd attempt was a happy one.
First time, somehow my offered price was inexplicably reduced which I rejected. I tried again another day, and everything went very well (online offer was not reduced by the office staff)
I truly appreciate Shift, and what they are doing - bringing very sharp competition into the US used automobile space.

He checked in on me after a test drive to gauge my interest and answered some questions I had. Soon thereafter, I completed my purchase which was also straightforward and painless.

Trustworthy, highly recommend! they offered a good price and paid it 2 days after picking up the car. Lyndsey was a fantastic help via phone and email. Don’t fall for offers via KKB, eg Autonation, they lure you into the dealership with a good same day cash offer only to then offer a much lower price saying market has changed.

Overall process was smooth and the payment was processed in 3-5 business days.
However after leaving the car with Shift, the communication was missing. There was no portal to track if the inspection status and whether it was completed and when I should be receiving the money. Also calling customer care multiple times did not work.

Post sale experience was very bad. Offer got changed 3 days after sale. Payment took more than a week (not received at the time of writing, even though car was listed). Getting a reply from customer service/sell support was very hard - took multiple follow ups to get a single response.
In person staff at dealership was helpful.

Update after Shift response - it is cynical from your side to suggest calling the same number that no one answers/calls back.
Buying process was OK, we were satisfied with the car, until car started showing powertrain errors just 300 miles later.
Shift is giving 30 day warranty on their "certified" cars, BUT
I have attempted to contact Shift, sent multiple emails, called, left voicemails, call back instructions... NOTHING and NO ONE responded?

Everything went very smoothly. The people answering the phone were able to access the account status instantly and gave good advice for the next steps. There was a slight problem getting through the phone line, but they were available late evenings and weekends. The accountant that settled my account was efficient and knowledgeable. I found out that trying to arrange a car pick up did not work well, but after I dropped of my car in Oakland, the funds were in my account within a week

Sean and the Financial manager of Shift from Oakland at 2000 Maritime St #100 is the worse that you can do. Stop do not buy from Shift they try to rip you off buy selling you damage cars . They don’t k ow anything about the car and what is worse they hide your credit score information to sell you high rate for their profit. Terrible costumer service, lack of professionalism and they break the law. I’m afraid that they are going to abuse o miss use of my social security and personal information it was my worse mistake graying to purchase from Shift. Please don’t do it.

BUYER BEWARE
I've purchased three vehicles from Shift and the third, a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, has a failed engine less then 6 months later. Both Shift and Veritus Warranty refuse to return calls or emails. All required maintenance was completed: Horrible Customer Service.
