Very thorough with each detail of information that was given to me. Allowed me to ask questions. I didn't feel as though I was being forced to sign up, but rather was given the reason why I should. Very good representative that could explain the program and easy to understand.

Jessica was very knowledgeable and was very good at explaining everything. The other lady I talked to after her made me have second thoughts about changing my policy. she talked about me paying 35 dollars to medicare per month and truth is to me it sounded like I would be paying more than I can afford. I barely have enough to live on now and the amount of food they give you isnt enough per month for anyone to live on. I am very sorry but I want to keep the medicare and aetna I have. I do appreciate Jessicas help and time.

Your service representatives walked me through processes I didn’t know how to navigate n communicated quite well n I am very satisfied with y’all except I’ve had numerous phone calls from other reps telling me the same things as if the process hadn’t been done yet and tho I do enjoy talking with them I don’t have the time for so much pointless by now repetition.
