This plan does not work well for me in construction

None of the supplements seem to have made any difference for me personally after using for almost a month now. The meal plans are not easy to make and require the purchase of a lot of groceries that were not regular staples in the house. And since I work 10 to 16 hour days in the construction field, the workouts they suggest and time allotted plus the meal plans make this pretty much impossible to follow. Perhaps someone working 9-5 at the same place everyday could use this plan and see results. But for construction people working long days with sometimes a 2 hour commute added, none of this program is useful. At least not for myself.

Disappointed AGAIN...

The product trio (Burn Evolved, Burn PM, and Turmeric Black) is at least helping me maintain my weight. However, when you watch the extremely long video of Vance telling you this touching story of his mother, it gives you hope. WRONG, it is the same gimmick as all the others, you go thru page after page of them trying to get you to purchase more and more products. On top of all of that, I was receiving 5 to 7 emails per day.

I gave it 4 out of 5 because I don’t…

I gave it 4 out of 5 because I don’t notice any major difference, but I’ve seen the ingredients in the collagen and the super foods, and I know they’re quality ingredients and the collagen fits what the non-biased source says you should look for in it. I know they’re benefiting me, I just never saw drastic changes when I started using them.

Need Help getting instructions to download the Ripped video/book. Please Assist

I ordered 3 bottles WITH the video "Ripped". While ordering I was called away on an emergency call. I missed getting the download instructions. I wrote to the company but no one has contacted me to answer my need for instructions to download the Ripped book/video. I hope someone reading this will help me get the link or download. I am taking the supplement without the added benefit of the book. Please Assist me with this! I look forward to it and will give 5 stars when I get the book PH

Great program

This program has helped me get my metabolism start working again. I have had a difficult time losing weight,but with the food plan and workouts I am on the right track. I also like the encouragement that I receive since I tend to give up easily, however I get positive feedback always and that keeps me going.

Poor Customer Experience and Burn Evolve Product

Burn Evolve does not work. It makes me want to eat more. I bought the 3 month supply and have reached out several times to return it for a refund, but no one has returned my inquiry. Very poor customer service and product. Don't fall for it like I did.

Meal plan and workout plan are easy to follow. I have lost 10 pounds in a month. App makes it easy to do. Love my coach, Carrie B! She is great at checking in and answering my questions. Carrie never makes me feel stupid for asking ignorant questions.

I have been using VShred since January

I have been using VShred since January. They are a great company with great products. As of May I have lost 30 lbs and I am keeping the weight off. I love their protein, burn evolved, burn pm, turmeric black and their probiotics. I can’t wait to try more of their products. I have not been disappointed! Thanks VShred, glad I tried you. I lost 10 lbs the first 2 weeks then…

I lost 10 lbs the first 2 weeks then hit a plateau which is normal. I followed my trainers diet plan which waseady to follow and tasty. Because of funds I could not continue my personal trainer but will continue to follow the guidelines set for my first month.

Only drawback is I got tired of them trying to sell me a supplement (which are not cheap) at every turn, after every video watched. And the video goes on and on and on. I get the point of the discussion in the first 5 min. then they drag it out again for another 20, Then they do the sales pitch of a supplement that addresses the point of that video. Enough already! Cut to the chase and then I can decide or not to try the supplement. Other than that the program works without all the supplement hoopla.

Disappointed - Program Doesn't Deliver

This is not going the way it was explained to me. I asked for a refund and they assured me they could correct the issues, yet they are continuing.

After talking to the initial rep and deciding to commit to this program, it's very disappointing that they don't seem to care much now. There also seems to be a lack of communication within the company regarding my account.

Don't waste your money. Find someone local to work with.

I have been taking the Burn capsules…

I have been taking the Burn capsules for 30 days and have not seen any results. I get a lot of emails, but everything you do is for a price. It's disappointing. You claim to have all the answers but it definitely is not user friendly.

GREENS a GO!

I ordered the GREENS and it was producing results after the first day. I was feeling fuller and with energy that lasted all day! I would like to continue using the product and am considering auto-ordering so I am certain I do not run out.

Week 5 review

I like the exercise routines, however I have to modify a couple to minimize impact on one knee (due to an old injury). It seems some of my daily tasks, ie mowing lawn, walking, gardening, are getting a bit easier.

The meal plans are good for the most part, have discovered a couple items are not available in my local, small town grocery stores (ie Premier Protein pancake mix, Halo ice cream). But my coach has been great about providing substitutions. And coaching for social occasions with eating involved.

Have only lost 3 lbs on scale, but am optimistic some flab has been lost and muscle gained!

I would find it helpful if instructions were provided for each of the exercises, not just the warm-up.

I have been on the program for about a…

I have been on the program for about a month now, but have not taken full advantage of the program. With that being said, I have still lost 5 pounds and have been keeping it off. Once I start really following the program, I am sure the weight will fall off.

I need to ascertain if "Test Boost" is…

I need to ascertain if "Test Boost" is causing me to have extreme dry mouth when I go to sleep and frequent urination, I recently started taking 2 capsules a day September 1st, by pulling the 2 capsules apart and putting them in my 16 Oz drink and shaking it up , all of it doesn't completely dissolve having Sand looking particles in the bottom of my drink!??? Can you please advise any knowledge, Sincerely Maurice Simpson
