I was told that I wouldn't need an appraisal because I was an existing customer when I refinanced, but when I got the paper.work it included an appraisal and I was only given an explanation after I asked about it. I was also told that it would take about three weeks to close and it took well over four weeks instead. my agent also said that the closing would be done virtually, but the attorney came to our home. Nothing really major but it left me feeling less confident about exactly what I was getting into. This was much different from my last experience with Rocket Mortgage which was flawless and I had an agent that communicated frequently with me. This agent was pretty hands off.

First of all if my experience with my banker Justin Carter had not well as well as it did I would have not pull the trigger on this decision so fast. Rocket mortgage! Justin Carter is an asset to your company and I would do business with him again, and will. As for the rocket mortgage experience, we are older and not as savvy with computers but you have very good people that helped us tech up and we made it, but since we have a ton of spam calls and e-mail trickery from I suspect your cookies that’s a downer.

Overall I enjoyed my experience with Rocket mortgage. Towards the end of closing things tended to get stressful as last minute documentation came up. It ended up coming from a finding during an appraisal which makes sense. Maybe having the appraisal done sooner would give customers more time to make corrections if needed. When it comes to help from Rocket mortgage agents I feel as if they did great explaining how the process works to buy a house.

We sat down on a Sunday to start looking for a new house. We clicked the Rocket Mortgage link for a pre-approval quote. Wow not only did I have a quote amount the same day they went the extra miles to help me along the way. My loan agent Scott Heneveld is great, a excellent communicator and make sure I had all the information I needed a smooth financial process.

We worked with Nathan to process our home refinance. Going in we had doubts about being able to get it done but Nathan was able to get it processed. The process was a little long but well worth it in the end. We are now in a more stable financial situation when other lenders turned us down.

Being a customer for over 14 years, this refinance process has been tedious in trying. There were others in the company that were unprofessional and a knowledgeable. However, Thank God for our seasoned banker Jon Bosio who made things a lot less stressful, provided clarity, real solutions, extremely hospitable and compassionate to our needs because of his patience and dedication, we got through it. Those type of employees are what keeps longterm customers happy.

Rocket was a very enjoyable company to go through buying a new home. Lending officer Michael Burlingame was about the best person u could ask for getting a home loan. He was on top of things at all times and would respond back to me week days weekends and even while he was on vacation. 5 star experience I have zero negative things to say about rocket mortgage

Our banker, Tracey, made the process very easy. It was short, and we received our funds within a week. There was very little information to gather. The closing was held at my dining room table.

Rocket Mortgage was very helpful from start to finish as I was interested in reducing my interest rate. I bought my house last December with a 7.125% and now it’s 5.5%, a monthly savings of $359. Initially, Matthew reached out to me and collected all the required info and Blake finished it up for the underwriting. The whole process took less than a month. By the way, I had a VA loan. Overall, I like that Rocket services its own loans, not selling to others like many lenders. Thank you Rocket for making it an easy and pleasant process!

Rocket Mortgage SAVED ME SO MUCH MONEY!!! They made my first time buying a house less stressful and even enjoyable. I was lucky enough to get a great lender by the name of Courtney in which she was very hands on and responded quickly. She reached out to me and was able to provide me with a lower interest than both the local agency and a larger agency was willing to offer!!
