My home warranty made an appointment with Sears due to my dishwasher not working, the first technician Daniel cancelled his appointment while at my front door step supposedly due to a family emergency and the second technician John was very rude over the phone and was trying to cancel my appointment when the part needed for the dishwasher was delivered to my house. Then when he arrives he did not want to touch the dishwasher because he said that’s there protocol, well how is he suppose to repair it. They give you a service appointment between 8-5, they update the website with the arrival time and change it at last minute. Horrible service here in Raleigh NC. Will not use them ever again, The technician was grumpy and didn’t want to be there, like he wasn’t getting paid.

Total scammers. They charge people to connect them to clients without any liability for the contractor to make money. they rack up their profit by sending you a lot of so-called opportunities. Also, no matter how many times you unsubscribe or report their text messages as junk they will keep coming back .

Eyeglass Depot reached out promptly but for whatever reason, all the emails went to my spam folder. There were many emails which means they tried very hard to contact me. They did not have the frame I needed at this time but I will try them again in the future.

This company is a scam! Avoid at all costs. You pay $100 for someone to come "diagnose" the issue. The tech is in Armadillo's pocket so without spending more than 5 minutes or looking inside the equipment he writes down that it's a design flaw or other reason that means Armadillo doesn't need to cover. If you call and insist that they at least do a real inspection of the equipment for $100 as agreed you'll never hear back. Huge waste of time and $. Don't support a company that cheats people.

I write very few reviews but this deserves one. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Butler in the Elite HW claims department and he went above and beyond to help us out. There are some employees that just have that something extra and Michael is one of them. The customer service he provided is what makes companies really shine.
