After a bad experience setting up…

After a bad experience setting up business accounts with a different bank, I found Relay. The set up was simple and customer service was great. I appreciate that they're aligned with the Profit First approach. And because of that, they're designed to function well in that manner, with automatic % transfers to your various sub accounts. The user interface is good. It's been a great experience.

Cream of the crop banking

Very happy with the banking services and the customer support provided by Relay. Seemed too good to be true at first, but it’s not. Truly great no strings attached free business banking. Miss. Veronica B on the customer service team has been a delight to communicate with and has gone above and beyond to make sure we’ve had a great experience. If all humans were as friendly and competent as her the world would be a better place. Would recommend Relay to any small business owner looking to make a switch from traditional brick & mortar. Game changer.

Literally the worst company ever I…

Literally the worst company ever I disputed 995.00 transaction first they said you will have a provisional credit in 10 business days then it was 30 days then 45 days then on 45 days they said o it's not 45 from dispute it's 45 from when we see it so that was 12 more days then became 90 days the. They gave me a specific date that I would win then they have me a second date then a third date and after 4 months and over 30 calls and 50 emails I finally got my money

At We Are Inc we've been working very closely with Relay, specially through Deanna Zubrickas. Relay offers great service and support to its clients, and the same can be said about what they offer its partners. I am a new business owner who took a…chance with an totally online Banking institution

I am a new business owner who took a chance with Relay Financial for my banking needs. I have had a great experience with their customer service representatives. Recently, I had an inquiry about a check deposit and a business debit card. I spoke with Chris and he was able to help me understand their checking policy, and he assisted me with my debit card inquiry. All of my concerns were addressed timely.

Everything I Love


Every time I call Relay I always have the most pleasant customer service representatives. They answer my questions right away. They sent me an email with everything that we spoke about just in case I needed in the future and they are always willing to help. I’m glad someone referred me & because they have everything I need & love; the human touch.

I am a super big fan

I am a super big fan. I own four businesses and have all of them on the Relay platform. The multiple bank accounts and auto transfer rules make it so easy to manage the finances of a business at a glance without being bogged down in an accounting platform.

Relay sold me on using them for my…

Relay sold me on using them for my business. I explained thoroughly what I needed and they told me that all of my business banking needs would be met by their accounts. They either lied or are completely incompetent, because the opposite was true. I have called 10 times to customer service, only to wait 20-30 minutes on hold. WHEN someone answers, it sounds like they just got out of the shower with their kids and dogs in the background. This is a subpar, incompetent "bank". In fact, they aren't a bank at all.

As a fractional CFO and a Profit First…

As a fractional CFO and a Profit First implementor, I recommend Relay to many clients. Implementation and use are SO EASY! My clients are up and running in days and getting financial clarity very quickly. Support is always available and first class. Deanna Zubrickas is always helpful and answers my questions quickly. My favorite feature is the automatic Profit First transfers that I use for my own business as well as for my clients. I LOVE RELAY!

I <3 Relay!

We have used Relay as our default choice to set up our clients business accounts because of their excellent product, great customer service, and constant innovation. Since we began using Relay a few years ago they have improved the core product tremendously while also adding new features that make banking so much easier (and enjoyable) for our clients.

Also, as an accountant I have a dedicated rep (Deanna Zubrickas) who is incredible! She has helped me navigate the platform and troubleshoot issues and has always done so with a smile. I could not speak more highly of her or the rest of the team at Relay.

If you are in the market for a new bank I would strongly recommend giving Relay a try!

Oh My Goodness

Oh My Goodness, Relay has changed the way my accounting firm operates. Ever since transitioning a few of my clients to Relay years ago, they have become the only bank I recommend to clients. The integrated billpay that syncs with their accounting platform is a huge timesaver. The Auto-Allocations has kept several of my hotel clients from going bankrupt as they would normally forget all about Occupancy and Sales taxes due. I can now hold those funds aside in real time to they never spend money that is not theirs.

Nevermind the fact that my account manager Deanna (who has been my go-to-gal for almost 3 years) is super quick to help resolve any issues that come up, and give my clients the white glove treatment. They constantly make my firm look like rockstars, and they are ALWAYS ADDING NEW FEATURES.

I have worked with Relay for over 4…

I have worked with Relay for over 4 years now and they have always taken great care of me and my clients. Deanna Zubrickas is second to none in helping me get my construction clients taken care of and onboarded. She never hesitates to answer questions for them or do a quick demo to help me onboard my clients to the platform. I love that the platform makes getting bank statements and transactions for bookkeeping so much easier for my team. I really appreciate the ability to download a whole year of statements from multiple accounts in one very quick download. Love their Profit First allocation system - makes it much easier for my clients to implement that in their business too. Kudos to Relay and Deanna! Keep up the great work!

Going above and beyond to provide quality service.

The experience I had with Relay and there support agents was phenomenal. Every agent I interacted with was very thorough in identifying my issue and providing me with the steps necessary to fix my problem. The fact that the agents went above and beyond to follow up with me to insure all of my issues had been addressed and resolved was outstanding. Thanks Relay

Better than a bank!

I've been using Relay for a little more than 2 years and I am quite happy that I switched. There are no fees. I can setup my own extra accounts when needed. I can create virtual cards as needed and cancel them. I can setup auto transfer rules for income and it integrates seamlessly with QBO. All around WIN!

Wonderful experience with Relay!

My experience with Relay has been amazing! I recommend it to all of my clients. Customer service is always willing to support me and my clients. We have all had a 5 start service from the customer service team. Deanna Zubrickas is wonderful! Always so patient and willing to help. She is my go to and never disappoints. I keep telling her that Relay needs to find a way to clone her. Relay has been so proactive and continues to listen and add services to improve their customer experience. I love the willingness to listen to customers to make things better. My experience with relay has been wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely love relay

Absolutely love relay, they are quick to notify you of any suspicious activity, they help you stay on track with spending and receipt protocols, they give interest on some of your savings accounts and you can also have several checking accounts. I love relay's flexibility and transparency. They treat their clients very well and always try to assist in any way they can. Also, I love that when clients bring up concerns about services that they might not yet offer, they implement those services and keep you up to date. Relay is all around amazing with the best technology and functionality. The staff members are kind and helpful. They host a lot of small business webinars to assist clients as well. They show how safe and secure your money is also. Another cherry on top is that they don't charge a monthly fee. Relay is an all in one business banking platform that has features that you just don't see anywhere else. I'm not affiliated with relay other than being a client and experiencing them for myself. Try relay for yourself and see that you won't be disappointed at all!
