I travelled from Pondicherry to…

I travelled from Pondicherry to Tirunelveli on 14th September, Bus reaches 2hours late. In chithambaram waiting for a passenger more than 45 minutes. Didn't stop in canteen, asking the passengers to get parcel. Bus not clean.

Operater not able to provide AC…

Operater not able to provide AC amenities while travel they promised refund something. But not done. We paid 2000 for ac for non ac it is worth is 1400 only on festival day. At least they can refund of 500 to 600 per ticket. But from Red bus side they said feature this will not happen they will educate operators. They are getting this is not operators created but happend unfortunately still remedy should be provided to all passengers. Should not false promises. I am discharge appointed. Red bus have agrement you can make it but they are not taking care. Just name shake. Go for other travel bookin app. Not Red bus

I had changed my plan of journey dated…

I had changed my plan of journey dated 12/09/2024 at 10pm from bangalore to calicut in MMK Travels. Before five hours i had called customer service and asked them to cancel my ticket. But they are saying that their cancellation git expired by today 2.30 pm. I told them that even flight tickets can be cancelled before 2 hours and they give us some amount. This Red bus they wont give any amount for the passengers. They could have cancelled mine and given to other persons who needs it. They are not going to loose anything. This is such a kind of robbery.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE , I HAD BOOKES TWO TICKET ON 2/08/2024. BY MISTAKE I BOOKED TWO TIMES. THEN THERE ARE 4 TICKETS, I TRIED TO CANCEL THE OTHER TWO. THEY ASKED FOR TICKET NUMBER I WRITE THE TICKET NUMBER IN THIES MESSAGE. THEY SAYING NUMBER IS NOT CURRECT. I LOST MY 1428 RS. VERY POOR COMPANY. NEVER I WILL PREFER REDBUS

Bhai log aap log koi bhi red bus app se bus book mat karana .
Ye Jo red bus wale booking karte hai ye booking bus walo ke pass nhi hoti . Aur khas kar bihar me to koi bhi ticket is app se book na karaye. Aur bhi bahut app hai aap log. Mera refund bhi nhi kiya . Aur bus wale bolte red bus walo se baat karo tumhari ticket book nhi hai. Ab batao bus niklane ka time ho rha hai aur aab nain red bus walo se baat kab karoonga . Jab bus nikal jayegi tab .

Please don't believe Reddy bus for…

Please don't believe Red bus for booking your business tickets. They deal with 3rd class bus services. They don't even know that buses are getting cancelled, Red bus call centers team is saying sorry & giving bull reason bus break down. 2 days it happened to me. Please don't believe Red bus services

“I sincerely request you to remove ZingBus from your list immediately. I have never seen a more disgraceful service than what ZingBus offers. Their drivers are the most ill-mannered I have ever encountered. If someone wants to risk their life, let them, but in these buses, rapes and murders are bound to happen when the service is this terrible and the drivers are so disrespectful."

RED BUS SERVICES ARE PATHETIC

MY BUS WAS CANCELLED BY THE OPERATOR AND REDBUS DOES NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT IT. I DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR THE NEXT BUS AND THE REFUND WILL COME IN 72 HOURS. and the operator does not have alternative information.
If you call them, its takes ages to connect the operator. If you chat, they do not have a clue to what is happening to the booking they provide. They do have any alternative solution. you are left in a lurch to fend for yourself.

Worst service don't book through red bus app..

Worst service don't book through red bus app..if you call to customer service they simply saying they are not maintaining buses and they are saying not responsible if operator cancel the buses or fare hikes or operator forcefully get down the customer in middle of journey.customer service guys also very rude while taking..

Pathetic service from red bus never…

Pathetic service from red bus never ever book your bus from this application. I was facing so many troubles last night when I was complaining for that with customer care support they said we will give you 128rs points. Really who will pay for my time which I wasted 4hrs delay drivers not know about the dropping points.They driving a bus using Google map not using the right route they use any route .we are standing like fools on a highway mid night and customer service agent said we can’t do anything for technical issue when you guys start yours bus from boarding not check the diesel in a bus .without fill your bus fuel you start your journey and mid night passengers are suffer if anything happens there who will be responsible ?
I suggest you guys don’t go for this red bus thing.

Very frustrating to deal with

Redbus, you guys are really frustrating to deal with. How is a customer supposed to connect with you if they have a query before they book a ticket. You don't even have the decency to provide an open line where a customer can directly talk to a representative without a ticket number. This is really stupid.

RUBBISH COMPANY

RUBBISH COMPANY!
I have booked with redbus a couple of times but their service has become shoddy and rubbish day by day! The customer service lady called "Hina" is utterly unprofessional and displays characteristics of classic conmenship. I made a mistake with dates in my booking and they (Hina in particular) made me book multiple tickets for the same journey telling me that they shall refund the erroneous journey. After requesting for a refund she denied to refund the money citing the system...I can NEVER BOOK with redbus again!

If there was something below 1 star

If there was something below 1 star. I would have gone for that. Red bus is too pathetic and they won't do anything no matter how many complaint you raise or what difficulties you face. Bus got delayed for more than 3 hrs at boarding point, beed sheets dirty, food was spoiled on bus seats, unhygienic, dirty, extreme dirty, ac stopped working. Had to be there inside bus without ac for more than 4hrs. The bus reached the destination 5hrs late. The refund that they were willing to give was 264rs on tickets of 1900 for the problem we faced. On asking for genuine refund amount the red bus service provider named Gaus Sheikh asked us to wait for 48 hours, which we patiently did and later again after that we are asked to wait for next 24 hours. So never ever go for this bus service. Go for the costly and reliable one, but don't book their services based on the coupons. Pathetic they are

Worat experience of my life

Worat experience ofy life, I was travelling qith mu fiance for the very first and they completely apolid my day , the bus was delayed reaching location without any reason , there were not blankets , pillows and not even a water bottle . The staff was also not co operative and the resume support agents also does not helped out me giving any solution.

It truly seema like the complete organisation have motive just to earn money but not giving experience to their travelers.
