Trustworthy and affordable

I've been ordering skin care products from RedBox Rx for the past year and I couldn't be more pleased. It's easy to arrange consultations and the prescriptions, which aren't covered by my insurance, are extremely affordable. The shipments come quickly. The entire experience is completely hassle-free which I appreciate.

I had a marks in my skin

I had a marks in my skin, I uploded the pictures as requested, and after 1 week, the contacted me to tell me go with another doctor because the don´t have the prescription. So the charged the consult but I need to go with another doctor.

I DO NOT RECOMEND - You will get scam.

Hello Gilberto. Your medical information was uploaded and reviewed by a provider within 24 hours which is always our goal. Our provider support team was in contact with you about the treatment prescribed as our patient care team had reached out to them to discuss the medication since it is not on our list of treatments offered at RedBox Rx. The provider you saw believed that the treatment they prescribed for you was the best course of action for your care. As we don't provide that medication through RedBox Rx, you would have to see your primary care physician or go to an urgent care. You can always check the list of treatments we provide under the section with the condition you are trying to treat on the RedBox Rx website or you can give our patient care team a call if you have any questions on it. The provider team did reach out to you several times after your visit to try to discuss your prescribed treatment. Our patient care team supervisor also reached out to see how they could help in regards to your visit and prescription. You told our patient care team supervisor you needed no further assistance and did not want your money back in your final communication with them. Should you have any further questions or concerns, you are always welcome to reach back out to our patient care team or the provider support team and we would be happy to help you.

Great experience

From start to finish this was a great experience. Within a few hours I had my medicine shipped out. I liked that the doctor wrote a note to me and gave great advice too. Highly recommend!!!!

He was incredibly patient

He was incredibly patient, spoke in a calm and understanding manner, and listened attentively to everything I said. He had a deep understanding of my condition and addressed all my concerns thoroughly. I had been worried that it would be a difficult experience, but it turned out to be reassuring and smooth.

Great

Great, easy consult and fast shipping. My questions were answered thoroughly and quickly by my provider. They don't take good Rx and isn't covered by my insurance, but other than that it's great. Also, if you live in a hot climate like me and get it mail delivered to your address make sure to get it from the mailbox fast so the heat doesn't degrade it any. Retin A is sensitive to heat, humidity, and light. Or order it in the cooler weather. Overall great experience!

They charged me $70 for a CONSULT

They charged me $70 for a CONSULT. And then told me to try a medication I’m already prescribed from a different doctor. So now I’m out $70 and have nothing to treat my acne. Will not use this company again.
*update* I chose YOUR pharmacy, so the pharmacy has nothing to do with it.

Hello Amy. The full cost of a provider visit is $69 if you choose not to use our pharmacy to fill your prescription. Otherwise the cost for the type of provider visit you had when using our pharmacy is only $20. It is your choice on whether or not to use our pharmacy, but the cost of the provider visit will change depending on where you choose to fill your medication. The provider chose the treatment they thought best to treat your condition and did discuss the reasoning as to why they chose that medication. You can choose not to purchase the medication if you do not want it. Patients are not obligated to purchase the treatment they are prescribed, but they won't be eligible for our refund policy for provider visits as that only applies to provider visits where patients are not prescribed a treatment. If you would like to talk to our pharmacist about the medication chosen for you, please give us a call at 844-733-2697 otherwise you can talk to one of the patient care team members should you have any other questions about our process and pricing.

So far so good

So far so good. I requested Azelaic Acid yesterday evening, and this morning my prescription is already on its way to be sent out. The service, and prescription is cheaper than one of its online competitors. So far, I am happy with this service, and will use automatic refills

What sets Redboxrx apart from the other…

What sets Redboxrx apart from the other telehealth platform is they don't charge a monthly or subscription service fee. I hope that doesn't change. My video visit started on time, Bethany, my provider was great and very easy to talk to. I never felt rushed to end the visit.

The doctors and staff are courteous and…

The doctors and staff are courteous and kind. I've been struggling with anxiety and insomnia and they gave me my preferred treatment, which was nice. It's affordable and effective. Thank you for your services.

I paid the consultation fee

I paid the consultation fee. Met online with a lovely provider and then no script. I think it is a great idea. I really appreciate the provider she was kind an through but to need help. Affordable mental health care does not exist. Give up like I am and don’t give your money to these people. Once again, it is not the medical advisors. It’s the site. The provider/prescriber was wonderful

Never got my order, BEWARE

Never got my order, it has been 2 weeks. Needed these meds and I had to pay another doctor for a prescription. SHADY! Also, I signed up for only 1 month prescription and yet was signed up for auto refills, terrible business practices. I will warn everyone of my terrible experiences. The company has done NOTHING to resolve this issue!!!!!!

Hello Annette. We have been in touch with you to try to resolve this issue. When you let us know that your order had not arrived, we made the change to your shipping address after you notified us that it was incorrect. Our patient care team also put in a service request with the USPS to make sure that your order was being returned to our facility so that we could reship it to your corrected address. Unfortunately, there are sometimes some delays in getting the package back to our facility, but we will reship it as soon as it arrives back. We apologize that we were unable to issue the refund you wanted, but our policy on returns and exchanges as well as refunds are clearly listed on the RedBox Rx website which state that we cannot issue a refund for an order that has already been shipped. Our auto refill system may not be for everyone, but it can be managed in the treatments section of your RedBox Rx account where you can either delay your refill or pause it indefinitely. Should you have any other questions for our patient care team, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 844-733-2697 so we can assist you further.

I love the simplicity of the process…

I love the simplicity of the process but it would be easier if the options for refill were more diverse than every month. My prescription lasts me 3-4 months so it’s not realistic for me to use the refill option which is 12 refills a year when I only need 3-4.

Fast, Simple, Professional Process & Great Price

I rarely write reviews but took the time to do so for RedBox Rx because I was highly impressed with the process and the prices. The process was incredibly quick, easy, professional and the cost was MUCH LESS than other online providers.

I started the process with two other online providers, but stopped short of completing the purchase, either due to the cost or complexity. I'm glad I found RedBox Rx.
