The instructor made it easy to relate and understand the course.

Doreen and I attended our 2nd Mastermind Meeting in person this year, the first one was virtual by zoom. What an incredible experience going first in the HOT SEAT presenting to everyone what our accomplishments have been since our first meeting!! There was so much action packed information and camaraderie that we can’t wait for the next MM meeting. Really enjoyed listening to Sherman’s former students tell about their success stories which was amazing beyond belief, and gives Doreen and I even more incentive to achieve our goals to be Sherman’s next success story!

Dean Sherman Ragland is a Beacon of Light in the Real Estate Space! The Dean as he's known around the campus, has developed a road map to successfully build a six, seven, eight and nine figure business. That's right, you heard me SAY A NINE FIGURE BUSINESS!! There are very successful pupils that I've met and interacted with that come in as Keynote Speakers to events the Dean provides to the network! We just had our second Realinvestors VIP/Elite Mastermind Meeting and as usual.... Dean Ragland's vision and creativity was in full effect. My partner Nevage Malone already outlined what the group was exposed too and I dare any other so called GURU to put up or shut up with again, the blueprint for each person or Joint Venture team was analyzed, critiqued, challenged and EDIFIED to successfully build and grow our own visions and desires. The how to and not to, do things were priceless. If you don't know...NOW YOU KNOW!

Sherman is an excellent teacher! He takes time to fully explain each lesson without overloading you with information. This 21 day course literally takes students that know nothing about real estate investing and gives them all the tools to earn their first profit check within a short time. Sherman has created something truly special here, I can't thank him and his staff enough.

This was the first ever mastermind I have been to where you’re actually talking about what’s going on in your business and being asked where you need help and getting ANSWERS! It was a fun-learning experience.

The class was great, but didn't warrant 4 days. Most ppl were ready, installed after day 1. The things that were most helpful were the information on skip tracing, and talking to sellers (with special guests involved, to include lead mine company) I feel the class would be a great introduction and jump start to Phase 2, but located in the 21 day course. You may also want to just make the videos available, and/or include in FSBO Market Domination and offer periodically, but this doesn't require 4 days.

Excellent information will recommend to anyone wanting to get into the business of real estate. Sherman really has the gift of teaching. He breaks a complicated subject down so that as Denzel Washington says, "even a 4 year old could understand". I've tried enough guru's to know that Sherman is the real deal. If you are new to Realinvestors or thinking about trying you wont be disappointed. My one advice if you do is "LISTEN TO WHAT SHERMAN SAYS DO!"

I am new to real estate investing. The course is intense, but Mr. Sherman is an excellent teacher. He breaks down everything so that you can understand it. He doesn't let you get ahead of yourself, but he keeps you focused building upon the last principle, then he brings it all together. There are courses in place for further learning, and the Mentorship is also available.

I have done another class of this type, but none can compare to the knowledge and resource base of this company.

They teach you, and work with you to become successful if that is your goal.

Sherman is a great teacher. He breaks things down so that they are easy to retain and he makes us physically do what he is teaching. I found 9 prospective properties while cruising 4 cash in an area I never would have thought of within 10 minutes. Now he is teaching us exactly what to do next. Worth every penny!

The content was off the chart, great, the inspiration/motivation/positive vibe was great, the support was very good, but at some point logging on to the multiple sites got confusing for me, and at other times the screen froze. I thought my computer was the problem, but when I logged on to the Facebook group other people were having the same issues, as in frozen video. All in all a great experience. I learned a whole lot and plan to be even more committed in the future. Of all the choices of things to do that you have, thank you for choosing to do this. I am grateful.

Sherman has proven to be a great teacher to me by making me a better student, which makes me a better teacher. After taking several Real Estate courses in the past Realinvestors blows them all out of the water. I recommend this course to everyone 1000%.

The reasons I gave a 5 star was based on the 4-day use of Leadflow mobile app and realinvesttools desktop app : 1) It's a user friendly mobile app with ease to click on the subject properties then click "follow". 2) Next, instantly data transfers from the mobile app to the desktop computer. Finally, information is ready for analysis.

I’ve attended sessions from some of wholesalings most notable gurus and YouTube University but none provided me the foundation from 21 Days to Real Estate Riches. The information Sherman provided helped me to gain a better footing into real estate investing with a much different way to wholesaling that doesn’t require cold calling. The only issue I had was the daily sessions took longer then the promised 11/2 hours. There was too many interrupts and side chatter, but the info gained was invaluable. Thank you Sherman.
