Really not worth the one star
Rangemaster customer service are 100%hopeless. One advisor gave the wrong information, we ordered jets on their advice to convert the oven from natural gas to LPG. The pack was cut open and had half the jets missing. Told I would get a return label, nothing. Rang the next day, they arranged for collection of jets and advised new pack was in stock and would be sent out later that day.. Rang the next day, one advisor said they were not in stock. Does anyone there actually know what they’re doing? Very poor.
