A+++

I have never had a single problem with this service since I received it 20+ years ago. This is all inclusive, customer service, call transfers over and over again, technical inquiries, glitches, and on up the chain of command. Honestly, I cannot remember exactly when I finally was given my first cell phone from a friend who was upgrading. I applied for the service shortly after and have been using it ever since. Never had a problem and I am approaching 70 yrs. old soon. This is probably rarely heard of with today's technology. I seriously believe the service should be re-named A* Link Wireless.

My Gratitude for an amazing telecommunication programprogram …

I'm so blessed and have a humungous bunch of gratitude for all the people at QLink. Without your assistance I'd be unable to keep in contact with my family members from afar. Thank you dearly for providing services for myself as well as others who are having a difficult time being able to manage our basic lifestyle during these difficult times.

Great service

Great service. Calls are always clear & loud, texts ALWAYS go through (some services have issues with this), internet is always fast. Only problem I have is that sometimes when I switch from my WiFi to my phones internet, my phones internet doesn’t work for awhile.

I have had the service for many years…

I have had the service for many years and it has been helpful for having cell phone service expense covered by qlink and its not a worry every month to find the mkney in my budget to pay for the service. I am on social security and the costs of groceries and other basics is expensive. So knowing i dont have to worry if my phone is going to be disconnected due to no payment is great. I can keep on touch with my family.

Great communication and professional…

Great communication and professional development staff. My minutes are always on time. No wait time for my minutes each month. Quality customer service and prompt service. Very satisfied with service. No problem at all. Very reliable and dependable service. Don't need to call them about my minutes not being on my phone on Time.

That everyone can afford a phone!

I never have any issues with the phone plan!
For some reason the Wi-Fi , when I get so far from home doesn't connect to the Internet at all unless I have a Wi-Fi and a password.. The Mobile hot spot I purchased has never worked so maybe that's the problem?
I do wish that the phone bill could be paid on the 3rd or 4th day of the month, seeing that people on SSI get their checks on the 3rd day of the month ..

I love my qlink service!!!

I lovey qlink service. Never once on the almost 5 years I e been with Q I have never had any issues at all with my service or with customer service when I've had to call in. It is by far the best service for cell phones ever. No gimmicks no hidden fees. Just straight up qlink unlimited!!

I'm Thankful I still have free service…

I'm Thankful I still have free service and calls do not drop. I always have wifi signal when needed. I even get a note on calls if its a scammer calling Love giving those POS a piece of my mind if they don't hang up!

IT WORKS

IT WORKS. !!! Thats what so great about the service, For those of us that can not afford a cell phone service. Qlink works as good as if not better then any of the other services out there that lots of us low income customers can not afford.

Seamless service

The Q has always been there when I needed them . No matter where I traveled I never suffered a lapse in service or coverage . They also made upgrading a simple and pleasant experience . I am truly thankful to them for making professional courtesy their number one concern . Thank You All From My Heart .

Shipping problem

Sim card seems lost or having problems being shipped
Several inquiries by phone
Told case was escalated
we'll email when its shipped
3 weeks ago it was in que to be shipped
Still nothing now to date exactly 1 month
Had to move on to different provider

Payment plan made the new phone possible.

My payment plan for my new Samsung Galaxy phone was easy to set up and get paid off. I just completed the last payment very happy.
I use my phone at work stay up-to-date with my team, send pics of technical problems and solutions.
My cellphone is a vital part of my work.
