Everything went very smoothly

Everything went very smoothly. My only complaint was that we had to drive almost 3 hours to meet at the puppy pick-up location which, apparently, was the central location for other people picking up puppies as well. So it was a long drive home with our little one but she survived!

Great website and initial service with…

Great website and initial service with selecting the right pup for us.
After my selection and payment, I was expecting more communication as to transport. I was very nervous that perhaps I was scammed since I couldn't get updates through out transport process. I later found out the transporters were having issues with texting. I did not receive a call until pup arrived.

Worth the wait

Puppy spot kept me Informed throughout the entire process and spent a lot of time on the phone explaining what to expect. When the day finally came.....meeting the van with other excited parents was a wonderful experience! Having our new puppy handed to us was an incredible feeling!!!!!

I had a great experience from beginning…

I had a great experience from beginning until I received my furry friend. Customer help me to make the right choice that was good for me. I was kept updated on when my pup would arrive and the location and time that I had to pick him up. Transporters kept me updated as well letting me know how my pup was doing during travel time. No complaints would definitely recommend puppy spot

Puppy with Tapeworm. AI Response

Our vet identified that our new puppy had tapeworms. Bummer--but we understand and we are treating them. Most likely her puppy siblings also have tapeworms. When we reported this to Puppyspot--we got a generic response that felt AI generated. We are sincerely concerned about the other owners and their new puppies ..potentially having tapeworms but not getting treated promptly. But with the type response we received we have no way of knowing if it has being addressed. Pretty sad. You would think after paying over $3,000 to Puppyspot they would have customer service to let us know this has been addressed.
Our puppy arrived clean and well cared for..no complaints there.

This is a repeatable experience

This was
my second experience with PuppySpot. That probably slants my perspective a bit. I needed their help much more the first time. I received lots of help, support and understanding since I struggled how to make it all happen.
This time I asked for a little help but got it without having to repeatedly ask.
I’ve gone to them twice and guess if I wanted another specific breed wouldn’t hesitate to look to them again.

Amazing Oliver!

The experience with using puppy spot was phenomenal from beginning till the end when receiving my puppy. He came very healthy and ready to start his new life with me. Everyone in my apartment is over the moon with Oliver on how well-behaved and loving he is. I am so happy that I have my furever friend.

Chuck was awesome

Chuck was very thorough and obviously cared about the puppies he was delivering. It was 10pm but he still took his time and did his best to answer everybody’s questions.

The drivers

The drivers, Clinton and Richard were very professional. There was continual updates prior to arrival. They were on time and efficient with the "parent" verification process. Puppy was clean, happy amd and un stressed..This is our forst time using a pet transport.
I was very anxious but I would very much recommend Premier!

Our puppy arrived in great shape. Further, the messaging about her arrival was accurate and timely. The drivers were caring and friendly. Excellent service!

Professional

Chuck is a very knowledgeable and responsible person who delivered my puppy (Rhea) to me exactly right on time. Before he handed over my Rhea to me, he checked my ID and gave me all paperwork for my veterinary visit and a small bag of doggy food. Rhea smelled nice and is clean! Thank you so much, Chuck!

What a great experience

What a great experience. I did my due diligence on Puppy Spot and it did not disappoint. The open communication and the ability to ask questions through out you experience masked this journey a pleasant one.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!…

The PuppySpot and Premier Pet Transport made getting my puppy so easy. From the first phone call requesting my puppy to the handoff of my puppy was truly easy and amazing.
Paul at PuppySpot was such a GREAT help. I THANK him for answering all my questions and helping me get my puppy♥️
And Dallas and James did a great job on keeping me up dated on the delivery of my puppy. My puppy was clean, healthy and happy. He was taken care of so well during his transportation. Thank yall for a great job♥️
I got such a beautiful little puppy that I am in loved with!!!

What I liked.

What I liked.. the dog, he is a great lil pup. Jordan was excellent in his assistance and communication with me. What I did NOT like, the lack of communication from the rest of the journey. I had called to get information on Woody (his name now) from the breeder and was told that no communication was going to happen directly. He had a examination from a vet prior to his shipping and when we took him to our vet he had a nasty ear infection, the previous vet SHOULDhave caught that! when I did communicate with the breeder it came across as a puppy mill setup to me. Woody was 6 months old with no potty training, no leash training etc. It was as if he just existed in a kennel! Which it was..

After I bought my golden doodle I had…

After I bought my golden doodle I had no communication from Puppy spot. Until he was ready to travel which was a month. Secondly I would have liked more communication from the breeder pics, video? Thank you

My first interaction with Angel was…

My first interaction with Angel was great. She explained everything about puppy Cicero and the process. She was kind and knowledgeable. We purchased him that day. Great communication with puppy spot! They updated me often. Because my puppy was 3 lbs 4 ozs they were worried about hypoglycemia. They sent me info plus called me twice to explain what I should look for and how to treat it. The communication on the delivery was great and the drivers we met were Nathan and Gary from Premier Pet transport. They had all the paperwork and health records as promised plus Cicero’s food .Cicero looked very happy and well care for. I have only had Cicero, now named Max for 24 hours now but he seems healthy and happy. I was skeptical about purchasing a puppy online but the breeder took excellent care of this puppy and puppy spot took care of the whole process and everyone that I talked to in the process of waiting for my puppy was wonderful, and I talked to at least 5 different people. What a wonderful experience I have had with Puppy Spot ! Thank you all!

Not as advertised

Lisa was amazing. Patient, informative and not pushy with the sale or process.

My puppy cane from an Amish farm in Ohio. I was not allowed to speak to the breeder until the night before I picked up my pup. Once I got home my puppy had runny stool for over a week. I took him to the vet and was told he had a yeast infection in his ears and Giardia. He will be fine, but $300 later. I was told that he was healthy and was up to date on shots. Only the rabis shot was administered by a vet. The other vaccinations were done at the farm. Now I will pay another $70 to have the vaccinations redone as I cannot trust that they were administered properly. For what I paid for my puppy I expected to not have to worry about these details in the first week.
