I want to personally thank Tawnya Smith for finding us the perfect Jack Russell breed that we were looking for. She was very effective with communication and recommended the perfect family that had the breed we desperately wanted. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. I’m forever thankful that she completed our little family.

What made my experience great was the fact that Chelsea responded to all my questions promptly, and also provided photos of parents and siblings as well. Going through puppies.com made the experience feel a lot more safer and more reassuring by verifying seller’s/breeder’s numbers/email/ID. Along with how long they’ve a part of the website and community. Will definitely use in future to add to family!

I found a lot of puppies I was interested in however only 50% of the owners ever reaponded. I ended up finding a great puppy but she wasn't on my first list. I don't blame the site per se.

Got a puppy from puppies com August 24th 2024 he was a happy health puppy I did not buy my puppy from breeder she was just a lady selling puppies of her two shih tzu that had babies that where her pets I was nervous at first considering I was driving 4 hrs away to get him she did ask for a deposit of 50.00 dollars which I felt was fair because if I was out 50 dollars that not much lost more in slots in Vegas with that I met her in a public place gave her cash for puppy and after that I took him to the vet for a check up and his first shot and got a clean bill of health he is literally the sweetest dog I have ever had this was my first experience and it was wonderful

I was talking to a scammer. Luckily I caught on and didn't go forward with it. (Fake, stolen photos, not a real dog.) I made a review saying so and it was immediately removed. I also reported the seller, but nothing was done. So buyer beware. Do NOT hand money over without personally seeing the dog!
Sad that they protect scammers.

I am a seller on puppies.com and I have made two sales in the span of two days with being on the app. I love that the website does not hide the sellers phone number or email address for buyers who would like to come off the app in a more expeditious manner. I also love that they save communication with you and buyers even after the puppy is sold so that you always have verification that the sale went smoothly. Overall, it has been an amazing experience and I thank puppies.com for the three day grace period before asking their customers for money. They are truly a website that helps sellers out especially ones like me who have a lot of puppies to sell!

The site was very easy to use and I had a great response from the two breeders I chose. I ended up going with Ashley from New York and it was the best decision. Bree is a Cane Corso and is absolutely stunning and has an excellent disposition.

The site was straight forward and easy to use. I really liked that there wasn’t a bunch of ads and spam like other puppy sites. It felt more personal than the others I had browsed. I was so happy I found this one, and it led to a new puppy purchase. It was simple to navigate and communicate with breeders, browse pictures and set the breed and search radius. When I paid for an ad booster it didn't help as it was expected. Plus, I do not understand how it work when you pay to boost your ads so everyone can see them on the main page for several days but they are not showing there. So, basically if you want to sell locally and do not have problems with shipping it is not a good option

We're sorry the boosting wasn't what you expected. Paying to boost a listing will only boost the ad in city and state searches, so if you search your city/state the listing will be shown before listings that are not boosted. The main search without a city/state added will have boosted listings in random order mixed with non-boosted listings.

I was able to search in real time. There are so many scammers when it comes to finding a puppy. Out of 8 people I contacted, 6 were scammers. I was so glad to find puppies.com. you found out information about the breeders and the dogs
