Placed an order for an 18k pendant “Faith” got a phone call the next day politely offering an immediate ship date on a 14k model.. which I declined but appreciated.. 2 weeks later my new pendant arrived and it is fantastic. The proprietary design is beautiful and the level of craftsmanship is very high. The unboxing was very nice.. felt premium.. not that that packaging is that important at the end of the day but it adds to the overall experience. This was my first purchase and I would not hesitate to shop again.

This company does there best to solve if you have issues, besides making some of the best artwork in jewelry that I’ve ever seen . Done in Gold and silver . There’s not many Jewelry store that can match there work. Yeah they can sell you a gold chain and all but it’s not Proclamation style period

Not too long ago, I gave a tough review for an order that did not meet my expectations (2 stars). Since then, I have experienced the excellent customer experience I have come to expect from Proclamation jewelry. In this latest experience, they completely fixed the issues I had with the prior order. I also ordered a new bracelet, a 6mm diamond cut cable bracelet in yellow gold. It is absolutely beautiful and stunning, and comes with the signature lion & snake clasp. I absolutely love it.
Great job by a great company to keep a repeat customer very happy!

I can't say I've ordered a ton of jewelry, but this is hands down the best order I've ever got in the mail. Metal certificate of authenticity, very nice box with two leather pouches, a micro fiber, and a beautifully made chain. You can tell care was put into this product, only thing I regret is not buying the snake, and lion clasp.

What made my experience great , was how nice the jewelry was when I received it. My only disappointment was , I had to wait for one month before I received my 3mm 20inch franco. I was really impressed by the size of 3mm. And also I was able to get some promotional discounts because it was during the holidays. And one thing I like about Proclamation Jewelry is that they stand behind their jewelry. They give you 15 days to return it if you are not satisfied. I highly recommend Proclamation Jewelry.

I purchased the large Usurper Gold Skull Pendant with Diamonds. The pendant exceeded my expectations - the attention to details and the diamonds make this really stand out. In my opinion, it is a rare piece that you won't see very often if it all. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

I requested the compass pendant but in 18kt and it surpass all my expectations. It has a more unique design than the other cheap thin generic compass pendants you see out there. I love the attention to detail and weight to it. Even though i got the smaller version and is relatively small is the perfect size for a subtle look and has great presence. I also spoke to someone from Proclamation Jewerly I think name Daniel and he was so helpful and clarify some things for me. These pendant in 18k is worth every penny. I recommend it!

Wanted to like proclamation but had many issues from the start. First the bracelet I received was clearly used and all scuffed up. Customer service was able to give me money back for this, but after a few weeks of wearing this bracelet it’s clear the quality is very poor. The rhodium coating is very thin and the bracelet was all tarnished within 2 weeks. Also noticed where it attaches to one of the ends had a crack in the link, again after only 2 weeks of use.

Great quality items however I ordered two pieces, the silver lions head came first and was thrown in a shipping box inside a plastic bag with the actual proclamation jewelry box next to it, which was a little tacky, my second piece mimento mori came about a week later inside the jewelry box with a card. Overall pretty good but that first shipment made me scratch my head

Great communication with team . Understood the assignment. Pendant looks amazing on 5mm rope . Really would have liked my P font to have more recognizable definition but I understand size may have played a factor . Still have with it though.

I have nothing but the highest praise for everyone over at Proclamation Jewelry! I’ve ordered several chains from them, and all of them are amazing. The Lion & Snake signature clasp is a true work of art and takes some of their pieces to the next level. I recently ordered the large St. Christopher pendant and it’s a solid chunk of 14kt craftsmanship! It’s unique & awesome. I highly recommend dealing with them. I ordered a sterling silver chain, it was a great experience from beginning to the end! It was easy to order and came in a beautiful box for gift giving. I’ve never had something I ordered come better looking than it looked on the internet, this chain is gorgeous and sturdy! So, my suggestion is buy from this company, you will not be disappointed! Wow!!!! I am very impressed with this 7.7 mm Franco diamond cut chain it is amazing in person the signature clasp is different touch to the chain very elegant. I am so happy that I went this route my expectations were met. The customer service was on point just like the reviews said they was, I am definitely coming back for future purchases.
