I had some questions about power meter compatibility with my system and got a very fast and thorough reply. With the information I got I was able to order the correct meter and parts to be squared away. They were out of stock of the chainring I wanted and had to wait a week after I had the meter to install and use the one I had to order from another company, that just saying they were fast other company sorta slow. I got my first ride with it today and it worked perfectly.

Really wonderful customer service. Dave not only answered my questions quickly but made a how to video to help me order the right thing since I'm just learning. Additionally, they have a 30 day return should I somehow manage to still order the wrong things. 5/5, and I am a picky consumer so it means something.

I was very pleased to find the product I was looking for on their website, a set of replacement bearings for my Assioma power pedals. I'm happy with the whole process, fast shipping and I received the bearings within a few days.
The only alternative would have been to purchase from the manufacturer overseas with considerably higher shipping fees and delays.

Generally nice - they have lots of info on their site that others don't have. Prices can be higher - so be sure to look around; and their return policy is pretty bad (30 days, can't install or do anything with the product, 7% restocking fee, you pay for shipping) so be sure you order the right thing!
