On Sept. 12 I called Policy Pro to inquire about the possibility of changing my current H/O insurance. Fortunately for me my request was answered by Christi Shobe, an agent for Policy Pro. Several hours and phone calls later I found a newer, less expensive H/O policy. It was all Ms. Shobe's doing, she was determined to help me find and spent literally hours shopping for me. Policy Pro is fortunate in having Ms. Shobe as an employee and any potential customer who ends up in her hands will be equally fortunate (and grateful).

Michelle at PolicyPro followed up with me from an inquiry about my home owners insurance and she included how she could help me save money with auto insurance and she saved me over $200 from what I would have been paying upon my renewal of my current insurance. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Chris Dodson. He was excellent in explaining all of my options for coverage and worked with me on my time. He was courteous and professional and he was able to save me some money from my previous insurance company. I had a great experience working with him.

The agent Mr Anders was very helpfull with getting my new policy set-up. He took his time in checking with diffrent carriers. He was not able to reduce my curent premium by very much, but it was $400 less that what it was about to go up to.

Erica was very patient, answered all my questions clearly, was willing to let me check with my husband before accepting the best quote. Icing on the cake was she saved us about $900 every 6 months compared to GEICO's $1827.88 every 6 months even though they had insured us since 1996.
