Horrible customer service

They did not deliver on the scheduled day, have no idea when they will deliver and want to blame third parties along the way. End result is no expected delivery and won't cancel without tons of paperwork AND a 30% restocking fee. The customer service people all tell a different story so stay away from this one...

Plessers is clutch once again!

Plessers never fails to disappoint and that’s why they have been and continue to be our family’s preferred choice for any household appliances we need!

Our sales associate, Mike Earhart, was knowledgeable, transparent and super accommodating, and shared information with us that led us to a great decision for our home. Delivery came on time and the gentleman were courteous, efficient and so pleasant. They even took the time to review key features of our new stove with us.

Another great experience … Great job Plessers!!

Positive Experience

Placed order over the phone with Adam who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had both my items in stock and at lowest price. Delivery was on time and delivery guys were very nice and accommodating.

Very satisfied!

I live in Texas and I was a little apprehensive about ordering from out of state. Plesser’s had the quickest delivery time of any vendor in the country!
The appliance was delivered when the sales person (Mario) promised. Thank you!
We did encounter a delivery issue that Plesser’s resolved in a timely manner. Plesser’s always responded very quickly to my emails…very much appreciated!
I would definitely purchase from Plesser’s again!

Jose and his partner were professional…

Jose and his partner were professional and careful as it was their own home. Plessers was great from the get go. We are purchasing a new washer and dryer soon. Keep up your professional work and we will be back. Spreading the word. Buy from Plesser’s.

Great experience at Plessers

Great experience at Plessers. Met with Adam in sales who understood what appliances I was looking to replace. Took the time to review many options. Prices were better than competition and delivery and installation were seamless.

Adam and Eric are very professional

Adam and Eric are very professional, knowledgeable and made our experience the easiest part of our kitchen remodeling. I wish we went to Plessers first for all of our appliances.
The installation was just as smooth with Harold and another Eric.
Plessers should be the first place to go to for all of your appliances, I'm sure it would would be your last stop.

Plesser's has the appliances you want at the price you're willing to pay

I bought my first appliance from Plesser's about five years ago and got the best deal anywhere. Purchased the extra protection plan which was excellent coverage. I just bought my second large appliance purchase from Plesser's and again got the best deal anywhere. Getting a great price leaves me money to get the protection plan, which is important now days. In fact this time, I had left my shopping cart and I received a courtesy call from Mario asking if I had any trouble with the site or if he could help me in any way. Customer Service that you don't see nearly anywhere else. Superb!

Nyra Elliott returned my call

I had new refrigerator that was not working properly. I called Pleasers customer service and left a voice mail. About 2 hours later Nyra Elliott returned my call. She had already contacted GE and arranged for Tech to come my home; Nyra just need to confirm the date and time. Fantastic customer service. Nyra was a pleasure to speak with and took care of everything.

Overall Satisfaction From Start to Finish

The sales process and communication were good. The 2 weeks waiting on an appliance seems a bit excessive. The delivery arrived, the appliance had a visible dent, so I declined the delivery. I put my old appliance, which still worked but was on its last leg, on the curb last night, now I am out another two weeks without a fridge. Can't get a hold of Plesser's (all customer service agents are busy) to discuss options while the new fridge and delivery company is waiting on my decision to keep the dented appliance or not.

Great Customer Support
I bought appliances at a reasonable price. My initial delivery date was postponed 3 times. After the 3rd time I called customer service and they promptly researched the issue and got the appliances on the delivery schedule asap.

Plessers Is The Best

From the minute we walked into Plessers and right through delivery, our shopping/installation experience was amazing. Emily greeted us with a smile and she is knowledgeable and patient. Such a pleasure to work with her! We ordered the oven on 8/18 and it was delivered on 8/22. Delivery was smooth and our installers were great! We would highly recommend Plessers to everyone! Five stars to all!

Emily was wonderful and knowledgeable…

Emily was wonderful and knowledgeable about the products. A pleasure to work with. The technicians, Joe and his team. Installed our 4 appliances in a timely fashion. They were careful in the house and made sure that they were cleaning up and removing all debris. A very positive experience.

Happy and satisfied customer.

Just had delivery of a new washing machine from Plessers. They absolutely lived up to their promise of timing and notified me by both text and email. The professional who removed our old machine and delivered and installed the new one was fantastic! It was quick and easy. I will definitely use Plessers for all my appliance needs.

We loved our experience at Plesser's

We loved our experience at Plesser's. Jenny is extremely knowledgable and helped us make a decision on 3 kitchen appliances in less than 10 minues. The checkout process was easy and quick. Jenny even imformed us of some rebates we hadn't know about. Overall it was a very positive experience and we will be back for sure!

Plessers is my go to place because of…


Plessers is my go to place because of their kindness and patience. Michael Erhart knew exactly what I needed. Kyle the installer was on time and put in my airconditioner in 30 minutes. No damage to my newly painted walls and he cleaned up. Love this company!
