I ordered shampoo and conditioner, I did receive notification that the order processed. I could not get any info until this morning when I received an ominous text about a delivery. I had no idea what was being delivered as I had no other notifications. With the amount of hacking texts happening daily I was leery of responding but I did and it was my order. Better communication would make this perfect

This is my first time ordering from Planet Beauty. The ordering process was very easy and I appreciated that. I can’t wait to see how long it takes to receive and the condition the package will be in when I do receive it. I’m excited to join Planet Beauty and do believe I will be ordering more products in the future. Also I do believe the prices are reasonable and fair compared to other places I have shopped in the past.

I buy from Planetbeauty multiple times a year, sometimes online and sometimes in person. They always have good deals and the shipping is fast. I love their app too. There are some brand exclusions but for the 10 off 40 or 30 off 100 there are no brand exclusions, just sale exclusions.

I liked the discounts quite a bit, but I was not able to find all of the Paul Mitchell products that I was looking for. I kept searching and searching without finding the additional products that I was hoping that I could purchase at this awesome 25% off discount. Thank goodness the shipping was free!

I ordered shampoo & cond for 130$.- this ships free. then tried to add the conditioner k 18 to get the free shipping combined, called, they said they could not combine them for the free shipping. not 2 minutes between orders. Need better customer service for this

Poor customer service. My order which was a gift was cancelled as shipping & bulling address did not match. When calling the CS number, no one answers. I did receive an email from someone in CS but am awaiting an answer to my question which has now exceeded 24 hrs

This is disappointing as the items I selected did not qualify for any of the codes - percentage off. This has happened before and after the nice tease - not one code works for a discount.

The product is good the shipping was terrible. It is shampoo and conditioner so the pump lids should be taped shut. They were not so I received a big leaky mess.
