Further to my previous review - have now received the dog mats - they are perfect - well made and a good size - thank you.
I was cross because I was asked to review before the items had been delivered - pet hate of mine.
Maybe change the courier?.

I purchased the XL back door mat to replace an existing one
The website was easy to navigate and delivery was quick and on time and with emails on delivery info as expected.
The mat is a perfect size for what I needed and looks smart (not that my dog cares).
Absorbency seems good and I like the way I can machine wash it, not that I’ve tried that yet.
My only issue is it collects bits that everyone brings in from outside and it shows up on a black mat, so I’m forever vacuuming it. But perhaps the bits are staying on the mat rather than on my carpets?
All in all a good mat and I would recommend.

Love Love Love this sofa cover /blanket ….. I don’t know who prefers it more me or the dog , It’s the snuggest softest cosiest thing ever and we haven’t moved all evening 😂

Great customer service. Had an issue with an order that was delayed by the courier. Sent contact form on a Sunday and got a reply within half an hour. Order progressed early Monday morning. Can't fault their customer service. Refreshing change. Products are high quality too.

Just what I was looking for!

Needed something washable and light weight to put on my passenger seat for when we transport our caged pet.
Perfect - easy to put on and take off the seat. Looks in keeping with the car interior ( didn’t want anything v brash or two highly coloured).

Fabrics a good high quality, so durable. On first outing we had a water spill from the in-cage water bowl which would have gone straight on the seat if we’d not had our Oet Rebellion seat cover. Didn’t notice until I got gone, and was delighted when I found out that nothing had got through the cover to the seat.
Worth it just for that, but will defo make it much easier to keep the seat clean, and stop bits dropping down either side of the seat.

I’ve ordered before from Pet Rebellion and the products speak for themselves. Excellent quality.

This review is about customer service. In short, my most recent order didn’t materialise. I tried phoning the courier but couldn’t get through to an actual human being. According to the tracker my package had been collected several days ago but was showing as ‘delayed’.

So I phoned Pet Rebellion and explained what had happened to Ray, who was brilliant. He said I shouldn’t have to be chasing the courier and to leave it with him. Within half an hour he called me back and said it seems the courier has mislaid the parcel so he was sending me another one and it would be delivered the following day. That was yesterday and I’ve already had notification this morning from the courier that they will be delivering this afternoon.

We all knows things can go wrong sometimes and this wasn’t even the fault of Pet Rebellion themselves; but the way they dealt with it quickly and effectively was first class. Thank you Ray.

Brilliant x large door mat, which arrived within less than 24 hrs of placing order.

What quality, looks great, feels so soft and best of all it doesn't move when my American bulldog charges through the door .

To be honest, I ordered this not expecting it to be that great, but I am pleasantly surprised! I'm using it as a main rug and I'm really impressed, it's super soft but feels really substantial. It hoovers brilliantly and looks great. My greyhound absolutely loves it too. One of those rare times when the price actually belies the quality. Thanks Pet Rebellion!

I ordered two mats and a rebellion bag and I am really happy with my purchase.
Both mats are great quality with no water getting through the mats. The muddy paws mat feels like carpet quality which I am really impressed with. The bag is really sturdy and has enough pockets for all your walking needs!
I definitely recommend rebellion and will be back to purchase more!

Needed a car seat cover, to keep the seats clean from dirty work clothing. The sport seat cover fits perfect and is very comfortable. Item was quickly dispatched and the courier left the package as requested. Would recommend this company if you require covers.
