First order of a two dog framed pic was easy to order and was so accurate. Second order was our new rescue and it was not accurate, several tries later it still wasn’t good. A rep stepped in, gave the photo to another artist and first draft was perfect! Love this site and will recommend them to anyone!!!

Customer service from Courtney was awesome! Had cartoon style portraits done of two cats. They are both delightful and whimsical; yet still captured each of their personalities. One of my cats is slightly cross-eyed and the portrait captured that so well. Absolutely love both portraits.

The ordering process was extremely easy and the response was quick. The artists I worked with on my portrait were incredibly patient with me and it was clear they genuinely wanted to capture every detail of my dog’s essence in the portrait. I had high expectations and they truly were exceeded upon receiving the canvas. They quality is top tier and it looks so elegant hanging on my wall. Even after multiple revisions, clear instructions and professional photos, my 2 cats still do not look like my 2 cats. I strongly believe this is done via random AI and not by professional digital artists as mentioned on their website. Very disappointed for this type of art and cost.

I lost my beloved cat and dog within two weeks of each other and have been devastated since. The portrait I received is incredible and I'm beyond happy with it. I had it printed in A1 size for the wall and it looks amazing. Everyone comments on how beautiful it is. Having revisions made was so easy and I really couldn't be happier.

I don't often leave reviews but Pet Portraits really deserved one! The whole experience was fantastic, from the initial online purchase to the customer service and speedy delivery.
The purchase process was very slick and streamlined, giving previews at each step to give us an idea of how it'd look.
Delivery was quick and we're in love with the portrait! It really captured our little pup's energy and we can't praise Pet Portraits highly enough, so a huge thank you to the team!! We've had very positive comments from visitors too!
The other thing I love about this company is that they feed rescued animals with a portion of the profits from every order, which makes them stand out from others I looked at and is a nice feel-good factor!
