I got multiple quotes including from 2 local 'pick and pull' locations. Peddle was the highest of my quotes. The entire transaction was handled quickly and on schedule. Got the quote one afternoon and within 24 hours the transaction was completed. Communication with the pickup driver was great and he was right on time. Highly recommend!

Everything was great . We received an offfer we accepted. All week we were sent emails with helpful tips .
The day of pick up we were given a window between 8am- 12pm. Kings towing didn’t arrive until almost 2. We tried multiple times to reach them and our calls were sent to voicemail . They eventually called us , no explanation or apology on the delay .
Thankfully the pick up went smooth.

Peddle gave me the highest quote compared to other sites. The online assessment was the most user friendly, without asking so many details on interior, exterior, mechanical issues, like other sites. When I had issues, it was easy to speak with a live human being. The tow service was responsive. Got paid immediately.

Fair and responsive. Easier than I expected. I shopped around and Peddle was the most respectful and fair option I encountered. In my experience, you don't see that a lot with many modern companies. I recommend them if you've driven your car till the wheels fall off and it's just that time to say goodbye to the old ride.

It took 3 separate tries to pick up, 1st NO SHOW NO CALL and every # provided by Peddle for contact sent to VM and VM was full, every # every time. 2nd the tow truck was reposed, thought it was stolen and spent over an hour in the rain with driver and police. 3rd attempt was told nope we will only give you $200 not the agreed $305. with Peddle, felt violated and a game was played on me giving me no choice but to accept the loss of $105. 4 hours for each attempt lost work time waiting for pick up. I would recommend Cheech and Chong's car pick up before ever putting my name to Peddle's lack of professionalism.

Got a fast and easy quote online. Driver was running a bit late at pickup, but clearly communicated well within the pickup window. Had a slight hiccup trying to fill out an extra form, but it wasn't too bad. All in all, a great experience and received the quoted amount for my vehicle.
Make sure you fill out the questions for the quote honestly. If not they can reduce your offer at pickup.

Great service and the process was so easy! I wanted to go through a business to sell my car as businesses usually have standards to uphold. I went online and found the Peddle website.
I was able to put in my car’s information and get an offer in a few minutes. After accepting the offer, Peddle sent regular texts with updates and reminders preparing me for the scheduled pick-up. My car was picked in a few days and the towing company held up to the same standard by communicating the process and how great of a relationship they have with Peddle. After the tow driver review the car and my title, the transfer was quick and easy. Would recommend!

We sold our old car with Peddle earlier this month. Going through the process was easy, on both our phones and our laptop.
The offer they gave us was better than any other site we tried; I think the smallest difference was $30, and the largest was $100. For context, our car was a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer that didn't run and had a flat tire, and the offer from Peddle was between $300 and $350, I think.
The actual pick up took longer, because we submitted the form online on a Friday. The tow company contacted us that day, and said they could pick the vehicle up the following Tuesday. The communication throughout the process was very good and clear, and we didn't have any issues depositing the check we received.
Though I doubt I'll have the chance to use this website again, since we plan to trade-in our next vehicle, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else who needs to sell a junk car quickly.

Sold my car, needed support, support from Peddle was fine but from the town company was the worst, they didn’t show up the first time and the second my booking was from 3pm - 8pm, the guy showed up at 1:20AM!
Using Peddle is fine but you might get a bad company to town your car just be aware of that.

It was such an easy process. The whole experience was wonderful overall. I loved that I could do most everything online and via text. Suggestions to help improve would be to add more information on the website giving a more detailed explanation of the process. I like to go in with my eyes wide open and some of the info wasn't shared until after I accepted the offer. Not a big deal but I would have felt more comfortable knowing the detailed steps of the process such as the scheduling pick-up with a 3rd party, knowing who to contact and the contact info of the 3rd party for any questions. The actual pick-up time window was different than what peddle.com stated after scheduling with them. Really the experience was a very positive one and I definitely would recommend them!

The company cancelled my first pick up and I came home early from a vacation to be here for the scheduled time. For the second pick up, I had a 4 hour pick up window which was inconvenient since the car was stranded at my sisters house, so I had to wait there for the duration. I called the pick up company to get a tighter window of when to expect them and they said that was all they offered. She did call the driver and told us he was 20 minutes out...but after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes more, we called back and then within 10 minutes, he showed up. Once there--the transaction was smooth and the driver was nice. I would recommend, just was a bit of an inconvenience for me-would have been easier if it was being picked up from my home.

The trade- in from the dealership was very low so we decided to donate our car. My neighbor had just sold their car to Peddle and was happy. We checked out their website and got a wonderful offer. First I got a reasonable price for the car. Second even the weather was not the best, they showed right on time. Third the individual who picked up the car was well acknowledge the procedures and it took him less then i/2 hour for the entire process to be completed. He also helped me with the title because that title was prepared back in 1985. Overall and outstanding service. Thank you very much.

This was such a smooth, easy, pleasant experience. I got a decent quote almost instantly then scheduled for pick up next day. They came right to my mechanic, made sure they car had a clean title and that it ran and they handed me a check and it was all done!

The best thing about this company is the ease of doing business with them. Fill out a simple form online, they then tell you how much they will offer, right then and there. No BS about someone will call you or we'll send you an e-mail. Once you accept the offer, you setup a date and time, and then they come and get the car and give you a check and away they go. It couldn't be any easer.
