It was very easy to personalize my tumbler, purchase was easy, delivery I believe came a day early. It looked beautiful, I like the lid, it seals well enough to be able to give it a shake or two without leaking.

What's advertised is not what I received. I was sent the most cheap looking poorly printed mug I've ever seen. The picture on it was poor quality.
You pay for what's advertised as a premium product but what u receive it poor quality rubbish from China that you could buy from directly for a fraction of a price. They make money from passing their orders into a warehouse in China, where it takes a month to be delivered from.

They don't allow refunds or returns stating they have good reviews as the reason.
Save your money and avoid!!

I never received the item. Tracking showed it was delivered to package area of community mail box. However I did not receive it. I know theft occurs every day. What bothered me alot was Pawsionate's response to the email I sent reporting it. I got a generic reply with instructions on how to get the key out of my mail box and open the community mailbox. Insulting to say the least to imply that Im dumb and dont know how to utilize a community mailbox. I feel it was dismissive as well. Message I clearly got from their customer service is we don't give a damn if you had an issue

I ordered a T-Shirt a couple years ago and more recently I ordered a suncatcher with my dog's face depicted on it. They did very good work and the suncatcher is beautiful. It took two weeks to create and deliver the suncatcher which was pretty good considering it comes from Asia.

From ordering my iPhone fur mom phone case with a picture of myself and my Frenchie was great. I received daily updates about the shipping process. The case is excellent quality and it looks amazing I will be purchasing more personalized products from pawsionate

This was my first time shopping at Pawsionate and I was very impressed with the shopping experience. I love the quality of the item I ordered. I will be buying again for my family and myself again. I do recommend Pawsionate to other people. Anybody who likes quality gifts at reasonable prices too will love it.

Phone case was thin, flimsy, and brittle. The customization was a poor quality, grainy photo in the back. Still in the process of working with customer service to receive a refund.

I was simply amazed at the service I received and the quality of the products we bought was great, it met my satisfaction and surpassed it. The products were delivered quickly and we were updated all along as to the location and when it was travelling between countries. This whole experience was one I will happily repeat in the future.

This is my second purchase with Passionate. A Father's day T-shirt was the first. My husband loves his T-shirt. I just got my best friend a Car Front Window Shade and it turned out so cute, she loves it. I'm going to order some baby onesies for my daughter and Son in Law they're expecting in October. I really love everything about this company. The quality is very good and love all the options.

I wanted to give a try to this company after seeing an advert of their products on Instagram,
I ordered a customised doormat with my dog's picture. At the beginning I believed that the quality of the printing would be kind of average / ok, but when I recieved the doormat I was very surprised with the quality of the picture printing.
Delivery was good, it took 2 weeks to come to the UK, and I was aware of all the progress and stages of the delivery.

First, I love the letters you send out from the thankful animals! The T's are great, haven't given it to the dad/Godfather, bought 2 we have 2 dogs that are temp living with us, and Godfather dad feeds all the dogs and puppies....Service so very fast and there here for Father's Day other companies it's always a question when ordering and this company too, but plenty of time. Yes, for fun animal T's... this is the company
