We had a great experience with Pawrade. They answered every question within a reasonable time - sometimes as little as seconds. Phone calls were always answered right a way. Our puppy arrived in excellent condition and has had his wellness check which he passed and also his second shots and our Vet said everything looked great! He is awesome. The entire process from day one until he showed up at our door was very easy and I recommend Pawrade to anyone.

Pawrade did an awesome job! However I was surprised at the condition the puppy was in. I know transportation couldn’t bath him but his stained fur isn’t from just traveling. I can’t get the yellow out and he still smells of urine. Other than that I love him so much!

The people at Pawrade couldn't have been any nicer, helpful and patient :-)
They were constantly in touch with us from the beginning of our search up to when our puppy was hand delivered.
They even followed up after the puppy has been with us for a couple of days.

we could not be more thrilled with our new Havanese puppy, Maverick. We arrived at our home on Sunday, clean and happy. It was such an easy transaction - Took a picture, uploaded it to the site, signed a paper and he was ours. Pawrade was excellent at communicating with us from day 1 - from checking his availability, purchasing him, insurance, delivery - they were there every step of the way. We got a 100% clean bill of health from our vet today, she said he's perfect - and we couldn't agree more. Thank you Pawrade!

My pup was a mess when delivered. After 3 1/2 days in a van he stunk of urine. He also gave my other 3 dogs kennel cough. My paperwork said he had Bordetella but there was no sticker from the vaccine in his chart. My vet has called the Missouri vet to get to the root of the problem. Not happy with the procedure and would never buy another dog from Pawrade. The customer service (telephone & email) people were wonderful - that is why there are 2 stars, if not for them, I would give a negative!!

Pawrade's representatives are charming and responsive. Their chaperones made it from Missouri to Buffalo, NY in just two days.

Link has made himself at home quickly, giving our older chihuahua a playmate; there is nothing more joyous than two chihauhuas racing each other around the house.

Link is a bit of a hellion, but his potty training seems to be holding up (with the occasional faux paw) [sic].

There are SO many scam sites out there and Pawrade was above board all the way!!! From choosing are Fur Love, to the delivery by Puppy Express...they were professional, honest, dedicated & as excited for us as we were!!!

The process was literally seamless!!!

They were outstanding from the start. Kept me update daily. Sent pictures of my puppy about 3 times. Any updates were sent by text, which I loved. The only one thing is the instructions were little confusing, but I figured it out. I would highly recommend this company. The company they used to transport my puppy from Missouri to Washington state, were also outstanding, kept us updated, called with a ETA in plenty of time to get ready to receive JJ. I was somewhat hesitant to purchase a puppy that I've never met off of the internet, after reading online warnings, but I am SO GLAD that I did!

Both Pawrade and their pet concierge service were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process and made buying a puppy easy and straightforward.

They were in constant communication and were quick to respond to any questions popped up along the way.

My puppy came all the way from Missouri in a little over a day and they took such good care of her.

She magically came seemingly fully potty trained from the breeder and has yet to have an accident, 4 days later. I can tell they really took care in raising her in her early days.

Will definitely recommend to friends and anyone looking to get a puppy and will use again in the future, if the opportunity presents itself.

Pawrade was so helpful from the very beginning. They were always welcome to answer questions and give advice about how to prepare for our new puppy. Transactions were very straightforward and delivery was smooth, although it was in the middle of the night. Our pup appears to be in great health and is super fun. I highly recommend!!!!

We adopted Kutcher aka Kazansky Bennett 4 weeks ago! Such a happy healthy pup. The representatives from Pawrades were excelent in negotiating the sale, patient and flexible in setting up pick up. We would not hesitate to use this service again or to recommend them to a friend. Kaz is a Shih Tzu. He loves his people, splashing in the water, playing fetch for as long as your arm allows, and to play with his sqweeky toys. Zoom Zooms are hilarious. If you want a small pup that has a big loving personality and action, consider a Shih Tzu. He is our second Shih Tzu, our pup of 18 years - Oreo passed recently.
