If I could give this company 10 Stars I would. From start to finish Paramount delivers! People, service, pricing, and the extra mile that you may have forgotten you need or deserve. My rep Lauren Smith never lets me down and i would recommend this company to anyone.

My son and I were traveling home from a long trip in Italy and had an extremely long layover planned for returning to the states. I reached out to Joella last minute and she went above and beyond to get us a plane ready for our arrival so we could get home FOUR hours sooner than planned. Amazing staff all around and an amazing experience. Will always use them.

First time contacting PBJ. Set up was fast, quote on aircraft available and rates was received in less than one hour! We saved three days of our vacation had we stayed with United to get us to our Family Glacier National Park Vacation. Working with PBJ was painless, professional and an awesome experience.

This was my first private jet flight, a bucket list activity. From my initial inquiry through the Paramount website and regular communications with Joydeep Sen, it was a very pleasurable process. The contracting procedure was easier than I expected. I definitely appreciated receiving complete cost quotes, no added fees or charges. The crew service and professionalism was excellent. Overall, a fantastic trip and experience!

We were stuck in Bora Bora due to an airport strike in Tahiti with no resolution in sight except for a 8 hour boat ride on a cargo ship. We recruited some other stranded people from our hotel and chartered a jet the same day so we could all make our international flights. Joella made the process a breeze from start to finish. She was on it! Definitely recommend this company for any flight needs

From the moment we made contact for a quote, we had personalized service even during a holiday weekend. Kevin Rakes is such an asset to this company. The plane was beautiful, the staff professional and the flight was absolutely perfect. Communication with Paramount was amazing and we highly recommend them. Elise Massey, who has handled a couple of trips for us and our 3 dogs, has made everything perfect and seamless. I am a Net Jets "refugee," and am so much happier working with Elise. Problems always come up when chartering a plane, but she handled everything from plane switches to last minute catering orders, with aplomb, good humor, and efficiency. I can't imagine with working with anyone else, but I imagine they are all as efficient and supportive as Elise, at Paramount. They clearly hire very smart and patient people, if Elise is any indicator.

Under COVID-19 pandemic, we're unable to find commercial flights that would allow our dog, rabbit & fish on board. Besides, we had a very tight schedule that made our relocation more difficult. We then found Paramount to help us w/our cross states move. Michael & his colleagues are very caring & helpful. They kept us well informed right from the beginning & made our travel stress free. Most importantly, we all enjoyed the flight. A big thank you to them & the flight crew!

Charter was perfect for our needs. My Son had stage four metastatic cancer, and we needed to get him home to Oklahoma. The timing was Labor Day weekend. David Larkin was able to find us an aircraft and crew. The Pilot was exceptional. Thanks to Paramount Business Jets an emotional trip was comfortable and pleasent. Thanks again to David Larkin for his diligence on a holiday weekend my family is very grateful.

I was pleased in every respect. The broker Elise was excellent, attentive, through necessary changes and choices and weather problems.

There was a mechanical- I was called right away and was able to take a later flight with excellent crew. My second flight from ACK to NYC was as excellent. This will be my choice/ family choice, in the future.

Our flight was great, the Pilots were very welcoming, flexible and helpful during the trip.

And our charter coordinator was also extremely friendly, professional, planing, giving us information ahead of time, reminders and heads up so we could have a great trip.

And we did, plus we got the price we were happy with.

Had to charter a flight in order to move my three large dogs to Costa Rica. James Knight was our point of contact from the beginning to the end of the process, and he was incredible! It was kind of a long process due to some unforeseen circumstances on our end, however James was helpful and patient every step of the way, took my calls anytime I had questions. Our flight crew and dedicated customs agent were polite and helpful and made the whole trip a breeze. The flight itself was quiet and comfortable, a real pleasure. I highly recommend Paramount Business Jets!

Excellent help coordinating the flight and plane options including airport choices. Plane was clean, well stocked and flew well! The flight crew was equally subservient. We found them extremely competent and made us feel completely at ease.

Yesterday we completed our first international charter flight from IAD to LIR since Costa Rica opened it’s doors in September. Aurelien as our client put it, is the consummate professional. I could not agree more!

In providing any service such as private charter flights, there are elements a client or agent is looking for instilling confidence and comfort necessary to make the proper choice. Aurelien not only met those expectations but far exceeded them from the time of quoting, needed explanations and follow through till way beyond the time our clients steeped onto the ground on the other side.

All tens! I only wish the scale was higher.
