The bus was 43 minutes late

The bus was 43 minutes late, but I don't make a big deal about these things as long as you inform people an updated ETA..
No problem.
The bus had a vomit when we boarded... that SHOULD have been cleaned (for sanitary purposes)
But the real issue I had was the return trip.
In previous trips, the bus driver SPECIFICALLY told the passengers where to meet. This driver did NOT do that and gave a cell phone number to call him... apparently, I had the wrong #, so I texted the company for location of the bus... I should NOT have been given the runaround.
This needs to be upgraded. In 2022, I never had a problem... different driver and bus ... and he was professional about it.

Marty was very helpful and listened.

Marty was very helpful and listened to me rattle on then recapped the important things to find solution.
When still not able to fix on my end he facilitated my ticket and reissued the coupon less one trip he had helped with.
Very good work and rather swift as well.

Rally fan

I am a huge Rally fan! They make getting to large events hassle free - no driving, traffic or weather worries or parking issues. The team is very helpful and responded quickly to my emailed questions. Highly recommend.

Great service from a live agent

I had a problem getting a new Super Saver Pass on the Ourbus website, and the live agent, Palak, talked me through the steps.
I recommend Palak highly for patient and courteous service.

Great support from Himanshi

I had some issue with the resheduling time that i snot possible for me. After taking with Himanshi from support it is resolved. She was very helpfull and quick. I highly appreciate it.

Best Customer Service Experience!

Akshat (AP) was extremely polite, helpful and a pleasure to speak to. He was able to resolve my issue extremely quickly and put me at ease. I wish all customer service reps were as efficient and helpful as he is!

The 820 AM from GWBridge to Binghamton, NY…

The 820 AM service from GWBridge Terminal station to Binghamton, NY seems always to depart at least 25 minutes late, and arrives in Binghamton around 40 or 50 minutes late. I've taken this service several times, and it has never been on time. The driver is polite and friendly, but why is he always late? It doesn't help that he stops the bus in PA for a 15 minute break. Apart from the consistent lateness, the buses are always comfortable and clean (although with unreliable wifi). Can you start to improve your on-time performance? Otherwise OurBus comes across as uncaring about passengers and unprofessional in performance.

Great experience will use again

I’ve used our bus a few times for my NYC to Atlantic City and always a great trip will do again. Aaroshi is great as well helped me book my trip :)

Had a great customer service experience…

Had a great customer service experience with Donald!! I inadvertently hit reply to my confirmation email and Donald reached out within 5 minutes to make sure I didn't have any specific questions. Most companies don't respond to actual questions in one or two days! Clearly, they take the customer experience very seriously. Much appreciated in this day and age! Thank you Donald and I look forward to using the Rally bus in Miami for Taylor Swift!!

The representative by name Himanshi was…

The representative by name Himanshi was very accommodating, prompt, helpful and polite. She tracked the he bus for me and reassured me that the bus would arrive at a certain time and it certainly did. I definitely appreciate her taking time out to help me as I needed it.

I booked a trip with OurBus

I booked a trip with OurBus. The location was listed as Hudson Yards, but without any specific details. No e-ticket was sent. I tried to contact the company, but there was no response until after the bus had already left. Then, 25 minutes after the bus departed, they finally sent me an email with the ticket. They refused to refund my money, even as store credit. This seems like a scam company to me, and I will not use their services again. I highly do not recommend them, especially since there are so many companies that help you right away. I very rarely write one-star reviews, but this situation definitely warrants it

OurBus changed the itinerary at the last moment to next day. 2/5
The customer care representative Harshit was pretty helpful though. Will give 5/5 for his assistance.
@OurBus: if you really want to improve the service as you’re implying in the reply: 1. Do not cancel the tickets a few hours before the travel. And 2. Compensate for the additional stay/reservations we had to make because of the changes to the bus itinerary on your behalf.
