The bus was 43 minutes late
The bus was 43 minutes late, but I don't make a big deal about these things as long as you inform people an updated ETA..
No problem.
The bus had a vomit when we boarded... that SHOULD have been cleaned (for sanitary purposes)
But the real issue I had was the return trip.
In previous trips, the bus driver SPECIFICALLY told the passengers where to meet. This driver did NOT do that and gave a cell phone number to call him... apparently, I had the wrong #, so I texted the company for location of the bus... I should NOT have been given the runaround.
This needs to be upgraded. In 2022, I never had a problem... different driver and bus ... and he was professional about it.
