I ordered a shirt in my usual size medium. It ran just a little small, so I wanted to exchange it for a large. I've sent three emails to customer service over two weeks with no response. I also filled out Exchange form on their website, and I've had no response for a week. Now I have a beautiful $50 shirt that I can't wear.

I normally wear a size L in Reyn shirts, so when I discovered this beautiful Oromen shirt on Instagram, I didn't hesitate to order a size L. The shirt is beautiful but runs a bit small on me. I think an XL would have been a better fit.

I absolutely love the Ukiyoe Garden shirt, but they don't seem to offer a 3XL size. I was worried I wouldn't be able to fit into a 2XL. However, when I emailed them about it, they said they'd ask the factory to produce some 3XL versions. I waited patiently for 12 days, and they let me know the 3XL was ready! Now I have the perfect size and can't wait to buy more shirts form them in the future.

I was a little hesitant to buy clothes online, but I'm so glad I bought this shirt on Oromen! The ukiyoe shirts are even better in person, super well-made and colorful. I will definitely be ordering more from them!

My shirt arrived quickly. But i still think the company is a sham. Can’t find any for sale on eBay, which i find a little weird as you can find almost anything on eBay. I asked to cancel my order 10 min after ordering, and they ignored me and shipped it anyway. Never heard from them. Even tried returning it thru their site and never heard back. Luckily they didn’t try and overcharge me. I’ll never buy from them again and I still don’t think they are a “real” company. Every review seems fake and their website seems fake.

The linen fabric of this shirt has such a lovely look. It's hard for me to find floral shirts printed on linen, but Oromen has nailed it.

The look and fabric of this shirt are great, but the large size didn't quite fit me right. Luckily, their exchange policy is easy to use, and I was able to swap it out without any trouble.
