We don't order or deal with bathroom partitions very often. In the +30 years I've worked here, this is the 3rd time.
That being said, there were a lot of "bumps" ordering these, but Andrew, our sales person, was extremely helpful & went 'beyond' with his customer service & answering all my Uneducated questions. Thanks, Andrew! You made all the difference !

I have used One Point on 4 commercial bath projects so far and they have all gone smoothly. I send them sketches with measurements and they send cad drawings and a quote usually within 24 hours. Ordering online is easy and they deliver all necessary material and hardware along with installation instructions within 2 weeks. Great company.

I really appreciated Rebecca’s help in placing my order. Since partitions are not my area of expertise I was thankful she was able to walk me through important items of interest. She did so in a patient manner. Now let‘a just hope the install goes well!! One more thing, I’m impressed by the amount of time it takes to produce and ship the items to our place of business! Most other companies are running behind on production, but not these guys! Also proud to support local!

Rebecca Bobo was very helpful going over my order to ensure it was right. I called her 5-6 times to review my order and every time she was polite and gave me the attention like it was the first call. She help me thru the whole process on the phone and helped me measure correctly. She also revised my plans about 6 times because I kept changing my mind. 5 Star customer service and hopefully partitions will be as well.

I have used ONEPOINT for a few years. I did shop other providers and these were not the lowest priced option but, Due to the service and these are Global products I chose One Point. Simply because replacement parts are easier to find. There are local providers close to me to purchase replacement hardware. My clientele is very hard on the facilities we provide. I am supplied with installation instructions for my contractor and the order ships quickly. I was a installer for several years and global has the best products IMO.

Not happy at all with the customer services and after sale follow-up. The product is good however no quality control assurance on the the accessories shipped which is needed as part of the partitions. my order came missing U brackets and have some extra different brackets not needed. When I called to address my concerns I was told by a rep her name is Ms. Jhoana that they checked everything prior to shipping and if you need them you have to pay again, which doesn't make any since to pay for their poor QA.

Andrew Hyler is super responsive with quotes, shop drawings, and revisions. This is the third or fourth time I've personally ordered product through Andrew and all experiences have been really good.

I needed a privacy space for a toilet in a laundry room that has a full bath. Unfortunately everything was in the open so I decided to look at a partition for the toilet. I started this process online, receiving a quote. Then I received a call from Andrew who answered all my questions. I placed my order, received acknowledgment and now I'm just waiting for delivery. Everything was smooth and easy to do!

I had a very good experience working with One Point Partitions. After sending dimensions of the bathrooms, they worked up the design with final dimensions. The plans are easy to read. Soon thereafter, I received an email with video installation instructions. Easy!
