Heat pump installed by a great team.

Just had a Heat Pump fitted by an excellent team of installers, led by John. Ably assisted by Darrell (electrician), Jack (plumber) and Jay (plumber). Their finish and workmanship was remarkable. Conscientious, courteous and accommodating throughout. They were always willing to answer questions and kept us fully informed. When they came across problems or issues, they always had the best solution. Consummate professionals all. Thank you to them and Octopus for everything you did to make this process pain free. Considering we were doubtful about having a Heat Pump right up to the last minute, we are now firm converts. Thank you, again.

Greg Jackson should be PM

If every company in Britain operated like Octopus we wouldn't be in the mess as a nation that we are currently in. These people are amazing, and their CEO is a man of integrity, honour and vision. Thank heavens for Octopus - succeeding where governments fail. Greg Jackson for PM.

Best supplier

Switched from so energy a few years ago now and never looked back. Got smart meters fitted and been plain sailing since never had any problems at all. Oh and they have one of the best customer services around emailed them a few times and always got a response within a day or two. Just fixed in again for 15mnths so will avoid the October and January rises.

Very positive experience.

I've been with Octopus Energy for over 2 years and find them very good. They have an excellent website for accessing my account and entering meter readings. In fact I've just switched over to their 15 month fixed price tariff, which has no exit fee therefore making it easy to change if prices do come down, and that was very easy to do on the website.

I have found Octopus energy Helpful

I have found Octopus energy, fair on prices and were very helpful when i was struggling to pay the higher prices. Staff that i have spoken too in the past also very helpful and understanding. I find the information straight forward and understanderable. Everything is set out clearly and the pre-warning of price changes early enough to be able to change tariffs.

Would recommend.

Easy to use online portal, good point system and frequent bonuses like free hours of electricity or getting paid for using lower amounts of power in a timeframe. Far better than any other provider I've ever been with.

All good with Octopus

I've been with Octopus for several years now and rate them very highly. Renewable energy is key to our future and they're deeply committed to supplying this at extremely competitive prices. On top of that, they are ethically sound and extremely straightforward in terms of customer relations.

Lastly, I've just taken the plunge and signed up for a rate fix – and Octopus are among very few companies that allow you to do this with no exit penalties if you change your mind before the end of the agreed period.

Simple, informative communication

Missed the referral bonus when signing my mum up to Octopus. Dropped them an email at 7.30 on a Sunday and received the confirmation the referral had been applied and a personalised response back within 5m. Couldn’t have been better. Thanks Rich E

Amila K sent me a speedy and entirely satisfactory response to my somewhat tetchy email about a proposed increase to my monthly direct debit. This was followed up by an equally prompt acknowledgment of some further information that I provided. In short she rectified a situation that should not have happened in the first place and that was not of her doing.

Octopus Energy made it so easy to…

Octopus Energy made it so easy to update my tariff before the 1st October increase comes in to effect. With the expected 10% energy increase, I have secured a cheaper rate. With the assurance of being able to change tariff again in the future with no exit charge from this fixed rate, I have peace of mind at having control over future costs.

Wonderful Communication and Service

I cannot praise Octopus Energy enough. On several occasions I have emailed them with a query and within less than half an hour, Customer Service have responded with an answer. Again today I emailed Octopus and Kayleigh was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Thank you Kayleigh. I’m so pleased to be part of Octopus Energy. Great communication and excellent service. Highly recommend.

15M Fixed with no exit fees.

I am an existing customer on the Flexible Tariff which has been very good. However, Octopus just offered a 15M Fixed Price with no exit fees. Their website made it very easy to change from their Flexible Tariff to the Fixed Price, which I have done due to anticipated wholesale price rises and the rising Price Cap. Having been with British Gas previously, the difference in Customer Service from Octopus is outstanding. In my opinion, they are the best energy company on the market.

Fantastic response time.

I had an issue where my prepayment key stopped working and came home to no electric and Claire S was extremely helpful and resolved my issue within the hour and saved me from a night of darkness and stress. She couldn't of done anything better she was already a star in my eyes.

Dated technology!

Staggering that they're unable to setup billing from the first day of the month until the last day of the month. Even though I've requested this a number of times!

I installed a Solar panel system a year ago. My bills are telling me my usage based on the last year for gas and electricity with standing charges are approximately £1200. Yet I've just been given a fixed price offer which stipulates my usage is £2300 per year which is absolute garbage and they want a direct debit of just over £200 per month even though I'm almost £1400 in credit.

The systems are poor and not keeping up with the user technology. They're also very fond of you being massively in credit.

Great Customer experience

Have returned to Octopus since moving into my new home which was supplied by another big supplier I'm not keen on.

I had a small teething problem which
Rebecca T has sorted for me efficiently and had reminded me of the crwag customer service from Octopus and why I wanted to move my supply to them.

Caring and helpful

Cheaper than other companies, tries to be eco-friendly, and seems transparent with charges and provides helpful emails to explain in layman's terms the reasons for any changes, as well as making sure you are on the most appropriate tariff. It really seems like the company cares

BIG THANK YOU TO OCTOPUS

I emailed with a problem of my statement showing a bill of £1600 and added copy of meter reading (old meter with dials) on Saturday and received a reply by Sunday morning. I had misread the dials and now my bill was £116. I have always found Octopus helpful and efficient . You can't ask for any more than that.

As a pensioner & a technofobe you make everything so easy to understand in my on-line account.
