The urn that I purchased was beautiful. It was for my best friend. My pet’s ashes were able to fit and the urn came with super glue to seal the lid which is something I did not think of because this is my first experience going through something like this. I am glad that my sweet baby has a place to rest in something so nice. I will miss her forever.

I specified both in my online order and with the representative who called me that the engraving was to go on the short end of the urns. It is on the long side. I will go to the cemetery tomorrow to see if the urns will fit in the niche with the long side facing out. If it doesn't fit I will expect you to do them over.

Oaktree could not have been better to work with. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and they immediately voided that order for me.
The order I received was beautiful, shipped on time, and well protected. Highly recommend.
My only advice for buyers is to note the PRE CREMATION weight is listed (not post). I misread initially, my mistake.

Exceptional Customer Service.
I ordered the Lenox Urn with engraving which looked fantastic. However it was damaged in shipping (even though the item was carefully packed) I contacted customer service and they called me back within mins. I followed up via email after submitting some photos and they came up with a plan to replace the damaged bottom and sent me a replacement with an instruction video of how to swap it out.
Super friendly support staff and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

When it comes to a purchase like this. You want it to be perfect. They had a wide selection to choose from so I didn’t feel limited or like I needed settle. The offered engraving and that was huge. The marble urn has a heavy, sturdy, durable feel. The marble appearance and finish is smooth and has a perfect amount of gloss. Needless to say. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

The Bleecker Urn was more beautiful than captured by the photographs on your website. The rich wood color, the feel of the wood, the way it was packaged in that beautiful black bag with black silk ribbons. This urn made me so happy. I wasn’t sure if this was going to be big enough but the picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s the size of my hand whereas I expected something the size of my palm. The black marble is beautiful and very heavy. It’s a very high quality piece and perfect for the remains I have. We buried my father at sea and kept a small amount of his ashes for home. Truly just what I was hoping for.

First I need to say that this company has made such a beautiful way for me to memorialize my best friend! He was with me for 16 years! He got me through all of my 20's and half of my 30's. I am truly lost without him, knowing he is around my neck and as close to my heart as he possibly could be know gives me such comfort and relief!

We had originally wanted the inscription on the lid but unfortunately I had not specified that in enough time. But when I unwrapped them I found it to be perfect on the center of the canister. Your advertising pictures surely do not give these Urns their due justice. They are beautifully crafted. We are very pleased with our selections. Thank you for your help.
