The learning opportunities on the app…

The learning opportunities on the app have been invaluable. The graphs are also informative and timely. Thankful for the nutritionist in order to help me with a plan of action.

Additionally, I reached out to support bc my sensor quit syncing and it was quickly resolved.

Great experience

I have become much more aware of what my blood sugar spikes are caused by. The system is so very easy to use. At some point we will pay for a dietitian to help me make better choices, our insurance won’t pay for a dietitian.
The customer service is excellent and the education has been very helpful. Lifestyle changes are hard but the data the system provides is so valuable in assisting to make better choices.

Gamifying My Life Works for Me!

Nutrisense helped me gamify my life and it has changed my relationship with my body. From food to sleep to stress I now have a much better understanding of how MY body responds. With the help of my Nutritionist Randi (who I love) I have been able to make the needed adjustments to improve my overall health.

Dexcom for the Win

Used Nutrisense for almost 6 months. My first sensor did not work and that foreshadowed much of what would follow.

The new Libre version also leaves scars. And trust me, my skin is as tough as nails. I have never had a problem with scars, period.

Customer service suggested a patch to stop the scarring, that would sit between the sensor and the skin. Great, except the sensors were unable to get any reading and thus were useless.

There is no phone number to call customer service, a red flag in and of itself, so turning it over to my bank since customer service is non responsive.

Not paying for 2 faulty sensors as a result of Nutrisense’s recommended protocol.

The cgms are great devices but please do yourself a favor and skip this company. Dexcom just released a version that you can buy over the counter:)

Customer service was extremely helpful

Customer service was extremely helpful. I needed to pause my subscription and Jennifer was helpful. More importantly I needed time because I hesitated using the sensors. She was very supportive - it's important to provide quality customer service.

Trouble shooting a scanning issue

Renee from customer support helped me fix my the issue I had with scanning my freestyle libre. She sent me instructions how to trouble shoot and it wad resolved within 5 minutes. She responded in a timely manner.

Amazing App utrisense's nutritionists are…

Nutrisense's nutritionists are extremely knowledgable, helpful and practical. The app is easy to use and provides loads of useful information. Any time there was a technical issue, I received immediate help and feedback. I have tried other CGM apps, and Nutrisense is by far the best!

Nutrisense is simply awesome!!

Working with my nutritionist, Madison, I have gained a great deal of knowledge about how what I’m eating is affecting my glucose differently now(61) then when I was younger. Madison is so knowledgeable and quick to respond to messages. If I ever have an issue, Chiemi in customer service, has always been there for me to assist me with whatever I need.

Nutrisense ROCKS!!!

Katrina was my nutritionist and she was absolutely amazing. I learned so much from her in the 1 hour sessions we had. She shared great information for me specifically, made suggestions and was a great listener. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting to just learn about your body and what spikes your insulin...that's why I did it!! I am not a diabetic and workout 5-6 days/week... I was just curious on what foods are best for me and how to increase my energy levels with food being a 50 year old woman with hormonal changes happening all the time. The app was very user friendly and customer service was very responsive. I even had to cut my 6mth subscription short by 2 mths and they were totally cool and made it easy.
