Despite giving a glowing review when this item was order. It still hasn't been delivered by DPD to the shop I designated for delivery! I was informed by DPD that this would happen yesterday between 2 - 3pm . Went into the shop yesterday at 2:53pm and was told that no delivery by DPD and driver usually delivers by 6pm. Went again today and was told to look in the yellow box.
DPD advised that the delivery was refused by a Mr. Patel of the Corner Shop yesterday.
I would URGE Notino that they use reliable delivery services. Carshalton residents - don't use The Corner Shop!!!

They price their fragrances higher than regular stockists to offset the discounts they want to appear to offer. By inflating prices, the discounts aren’t genuine, but rather a way to make it seem like a deal.
For example, John Lewis offers Gucci Guilty Pour Homme at £124 for 60ml, while Notino's starting price is £141.80! I’d much rather purchase at full price from a trusted stockist and be confident I’m getting an authentic item.

Just purchased some Mens Aftershave, Guilty by Gucci, i was a little hesitant as the price was much lower than elsewhere, and there were a few mixed reviews on Trustpilot, but i thought i would give it a go and i have to say i am very impressed!
It was well packaged, delivery takes a little longer, around 5 days but i was in no rush for it, pleased to say i will be ordering from them again!

I ordered the perfume on monday, and they came on thursday. The perfume arrived in a small box, tightly wrapped in bubble wrap, with a small plastic bag with air inside beside it so it wouldn’t move around. The perfume came undamaged, and the smell is exactly the same as in the perfume shop.

I have experience purchasing few products and arrived, but with one missing.
I tried contact and show that they forgot to put some products, no any help about it. If you try to complain or return at their page, simply you can't do it.

I wouldn't recommend this company.
Not good client service too.

I am over the moon with this company. I hate to order with a new company because I just have the feeling I won't get my order, but only this company had what I wanted at the lowest price I was forced to trust it.... and it worked I got my item as promised came well packed and I'm pleased with my purchase thanks Notino you've restored my faith.

Great woodwick Yankee candles at a brilliant price delivery took just under a week there have been big delays recently it’s getting to that busy time of year people! I cannot find these candles at anywhere cheaper and they came very well packaged and sealed to prevent cracking or damage. Thanks very much Notino I will order again soon!

The products are amazing and very low cost. The first time I ordered I was sceptical as low cost can equal scam. I was wrong to be concerned.
I've now ordered 3 times from Notino and the service is exemplary! Arrives within about 2 days, wonderful recycled packaging, what more could you ask for?

Excellent communication of order, shipment and delivery. Will definitely keep ordering.

Really user friendly website - love Notino Home Fragrance products.

I am a frequent lover of Sandallo Bergamotto reed diffuser - fragrance is beautiful and lasts a really long time. Doesn’t evaporate quickly like many High St reed diffusers do. So much so my Mum has also fell in love with the scent and uses around her home too. 🫶🏻

Careless packaging of glass Nail varnishes by Notino resulted in one of the products Breaking and leaking over the rest of the items. This is absolutely their incompetence and fault however they would only offer me a replacement for the broken item and a low value voucher (less than the cost of the nail varnishes) for the other two as they were still “usable”.After numerous emails, I’ve come to the conclusion there is nobody with common sense in the company so I have been forced to keep the two ruined items, which is not what you expect when you buy something new. I will not be buying from them again, not worth the stress.

The company were really quite obviously bothered about me as a customer. As soon as I purchased my frangrance they emailed me about my product and a delivery update and once it has been delivered they send another email checking you've received it. A really great company that sells ligitemt fragrances. I purchased a Versace eros and it came within three days of purchase. It was much cheaper than normal only costing £53 rather that the normal £84 for 100ml. As a fragrance lover myself I would highly recommend anyone who is wanting to start or add to their collection by purchasing from here. Really good.

Ordered from Notino for the first time. I used them once in Sweden, but also had bad experience. So not surprised this time around. My package came visibly damaged, all the items except one were fine. But my Moroccan Hair Oil was already opened. The box looked crumpled and the plastic tip was very dented. Also for some reason all the L'Oréal Elvive products I ordered came in a different language. Which is not a big deal, but still won't be ordering from them again. I sent an email and pictures, of the dented and damaged Moroccan oil. And they replied asking for more pictures and even a video. Don't order from Notino if you don't like your time being wasted.

Ordered some perfume samples, cost was cheaper than other sites. Delivery notification came in quick, parcel never arrived. Followed up with the company and they were very lovely but you have to complete forms for their delivery partner to open an investigation. Wouldn’t order again. Not for the company, just the hassle. If it’s too good to be true, usually is.

I love your products ,affordable at good price, but every time I had trouble with the delivery. My order was left even outside the building door, not in front of my apartment door or inside the building.

The perfume ordered was bvlgari crystalline and tere de hermes. The price was cheaper hence ordered but they are not original perfume feels like fake ..I have same perfume from airport which last 2 to 3 days ..and from notino.co.uk they last for an hour or 2

I’m a first time customer. I held fire on ordering from Notino due to the number of negative reviews on here. But when the company I usually purchase toiletries from decided to hike up delivery charges to an extortionate degree, I thought I would take the plunge and order from Notino. My experience was a very positive one. My order arrived within 4 days preceded by helpful and informative communications from Notino and also DPD. My toiletries arrived in excellent condition and extremely well packed in lots of bubble wrap. I tend to bulk buy toiletries so my next order won’t be for a while but I hope to purchase from Notino again.
