Website was easy to use and I found exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the couch, loveseat and one ottoman earlier this year but we found the need for a second ottoman so love that it’s on sale!

Smooth sailing

Quick, fast, and easy online service as usual. I got the exact delivery date spelled out to me before I submitted my payment, and the rewards card was a nice surprise. I was disappointed that there wasn't a way to submit a price match within checkout, but it also may make sense to just allow that to be done later.

Everything was fine except on phone

Everything was fine, only issue being I tried to do the ordering on my phone and NFM's site would not cooperate, yet all my other tabs/sites worked fine. It worked fine on my laptop but not the phone, mildly annoying as my husband now knows what part of his birthday gifts are.

Easy ordering when I used Guest. When attempting to order using previous login, I was unable to move forward. It would not accept my password or send an email link to add a new password. Unable to understand this.

Good rugs, awful website

I was looking at your rugs because they said free shipping, only to be surprised at checkout because that free shipping only applied to certain cities. That should be iterated earlier on in the process.

I was also recommended an 8x11 rug pad for an 8x10 rug, even though I had bought an 8x10 rug pad previously for a similar rug. When I called, they said that the 8x10 pad was not available online. If a product is available, I should be able to see it online.

The search is extremely buggy. Filters/sorting do not work. I selected 8x10 rugs but was shown rugs of all different sizes. I filtered by $100-$300 -- I was shown rugs outside of that price. I sorted by price. The rugs were not in price order.

Great experience except not all of your…

Great experience except not all of your appliances are categorized correctly online. For example this refrigerator does not show up when you filter on counter depth even though it is. I almost missed this one!
