Great purchasing experience

The website was easy to use. The customer service from my previous order was amazing - I loved being able to talk to a real person who addressed my need. My order came quickly and without issue!

Wall Entertainment is my Go-To for Equipment Needs

Wall Entertainment is my go-to for any serious equipment upgrades! The quotes are quick and easy with all of the information you need, from your rep, right from the get-go. Even when I’m in a situation where the supplier is behind in stock, I am quickly informed about the delay and given multiple options on how I want to continue. I highly recommend Wall Entertainment when you are in need of quality equipment! If they’ve got it, order it though Wall Entertainment!

The real deal

I needed a piece of gear for an upcoming gig and followed up with the 4Wall team after placing my order. I was assured it would be shipped as soon as possible and had all my questions answered. Very experienced and helpful people that know what they're doing. I'll definitely be back soon! :)

Always a Great Experience

I've loved purchasing through New Lighting. All of the orders have come in incredibly quickly, and the one-on-one emails you get after purchasing make the customer service feel amazing! It's also great to have the flat shipping rate, as that's something I haven't ever seen from any other retailer.

Good Customer Service and good products

We needed pink gel filters to light up Murrieta City Hall for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Becky helped us with a color sample book to choose the correct colors. We ordered twice so far and both orders were shipped promptly and we were sent tracking info. The city was very happy with the results and are now ordering purple to celebrate SAFE week.

Good Communication

When I placed my most recent order, I was informed promptly that you were moving to a new location, and because of that, it may take a few extra days to ship my order. Despite this, the order came quickly and well packaged. Thank you for the good communication!

Love your staff

Love your staff. They always go above and beyond. I can get gear anywhere, but I can not get dependable service like I receive from Tina Rath! Not only is she amazing, every person in the 4 wall organization I have dealt with has been incredibly helpful even in my last minute needs!

NewLighting.com has been a great online resource for new and used lighting gear since its introduction. I have purchased a few items from them over the past few months and there have been zero difficulties. If you want professional gear with great service check out the website.

The lights exceeded my expectations both in terms of quality and functional use. They are built to last many many years. They exactly met my needs to provide subtle but precise lighting. The whole buying experience was outstanding including the fast delivery.

You're Crazy not to Check with these guys First!

We have time and time again had a wonderful experience with the guys at Used Lighting! We purchase and use an absorbent amount of lighting and accesories and all on a budget and they have always come through! There stuff is consistently in working order and in wonderful condition!! I would highly recommend taking a chance on them instead of buying new from a large distributor, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

All I could ask for and more than I expect

I've had the pleasure of working with NewLighting.com on a few occassions. Many required one on one assistance by phone at some point. Each person was helpful, pleasant and did exactly what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it, sometimes sooner. They had what I needed when I needed it and at the price I needed. Not much more I can ask for and more than I expect these days.

Awesome customer service!

They have some of the best customer service and you know exactly what you're getting. I've bought a few things from new and used lighting (both websites they own) and it's fantastic. If I could afford it I would buy loads more from them.

Funny that you would ask me to do a…

Funny that you would ask me to do a review for a product I ordered a month ago but still haven't received. I also got no notifucation from the company that the product was delayed. Only after I called did anyone call me back to explain that it's on a slow boat from China. It wqas also interesting to get email from NewLighting with a USED Lighting web address/return email address.
I haven't received my order yet but I'm sure not impressed so far. And oh yeah, they debited my account for the order immediately after receiving the order instead of the much more common business practice of debiting my account once it has shipped.
