I got Scammed

I had a rep to call me to purchase an extended warranty back in June of 2024. they talked real good over the phone. paid! over $1600 and they promise me that mechanical wise .i would be able to take my car to any shop for any major breakdowns. take car to shop. nobody responded from the warranty company. left me having to pay for the repairs. my bill was $500 i got scammed , i will be in touch with the BBB real soon.

I spoke with a man named Aaron about…

I spoke with a man named Aaron about National Car Protection benefits if you pay up the $1,700 you can be covered for up to 5 years with just a $100 deductible. Now that I'm almost fully paid nobody is answering the phone I'm not getting any responses. I believe we all should file In a class action lawsuit. Please feel free to reach out to me.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I am disputing the deductions from my bank account, and I consulted my attorney regarding taking them to small claims court for a full refund. Just give me a call unless discuss how we can seek out a legal settlement. I encourage you all to contact the Better Business Bureau and all file complaints.

I been dealing with this company for…

I been dealing with this company for months they took my $4500 dollars Amex has been telling me that they can't give my money back since there contract is in their favor some how even with proof of no coverage. I have emails saying they are going to pay the car dealer but they don't now no one answers the phone or emails.

I am a senior citizen who has had to cancel his doctors appointments because National Car Protect will not respond to the dealership. It has been three weeks.
Rusnak Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia California is a reputable dealership. On 8/8/24 they sent a number of emails to N.C.P and they simply will not respond.

AMG supercharger

I purchased a policy for my Mercedes e55 AMG about 4 months ago. Recently, it started having problems with accelerating so I took it into my local dealership for service. They diagnosed a failing supercharger. The bill was not cheap by any means but my claims adjuster Aaron Harper was very assertive in getting it approved and paid in a timely fashion. Grateful for the stellar service I received

Notified my bank about my…

Notified my bank about my reimbursement. Also talked to Better Business Bureau. Need to file claim if bank can't come through. BBB said they have a B+ rating with only one complaint. Hoping for the best.

I took the policy 20 days back and I had the similar experience like not able to connect customer care or any representative. My contact person was Alex Porter but he is not available over phone or email.
Is there any way to contact National Car Protect any representative. Looks like it is not legitimate.

Suspension issue repair

Longtime customer, first claim. The suspension on my 2016 Range Rover went out and I had to take it in to my local Jaguar/Land Rover. I saw the estimate and it was crazy expensive! However Aaron at National did approve the job and paid the shop as soon as the work was done. He handled the claim efficiently and satisfied my expectations.

Paid claim and towing

I've had the Ultimate standard with them for my Panamera. I don't drive it much (it's a garage baby);so I wasn't expecting problems with it anytime soon. To my surprise though last weekend it wouldnt start. I got it towed to the Porsche dealer and the mechanic identified the fuel pump needed to be replaced. National approved it and paid out the claim the next day. They also reimbursed me for the tow.

Tesla warranty

They had the most extensive coverage options for Tesla's out of the companies I spoke with,and Aaron gave me a very good price. Leaving 4 stars only because I'm new and have not yet gone through a claim. I will update when I have experience with their claims handling.

Overheating

Car kept having issues with overheating. Broke down on the side of the road the other day. national sent out a tow truck to get it taken to the local range Rover dealership, they diagnosed a failing cooling system. They paid for the claim and i was on the road again same day

Good service

I unfortunately had to cancel as I ended up selling my car. However they cancelled my policy and gave me a full refund even though I was several months into the policy. Everyone was polite and professional and once I buy another car I will definitely give them a call

Fast repairs

I'm about 6 month in to my policy. The other day I couldn't get my car to start which was very scary because I needed to get to and from work. I called up their customer service, they arranged for my car to be towed to the Lexus dealership. The mechanic there did an inspection which revealed it was just the alternator needing to be replaced, which is thankfully a quick fix. The claims team paid the dealership for the repair and I was out of there in my car in a few hours.

Transmission

About 15 months into my policy on my Volvo s90. Check engine light came on so I took it in to the dealership. Recommended full transmission replacement. Aaron Harper approved and paid the shop. Total turnaround time about 24 hours. Decent service

Easily the best extended warranty…

Easily the best extended warranty company out there. I spoke to several regarding coverage for the Porsche Carrera I recently purchased, and National gave me the most competitive price and most importantly were very transparent about what's covered. Alex Porter was not pushy unlike the rest of the companies I spoke to which I appreciated.

Longtime customer , 1st claim

I've been a customer for about a year and a half now. In that time theyve been pretty responsive to my emails and helpful over the phone when I needed to call them. Recently I submited my first claim on my truck, mechanic said it needed a water pump. National spoke directly with the shop, authorized it, and paid for it to the mechanic so I didn't pay out of pocket. Was in and out of the dealership same day. Happy with their service

Thermostat replacement

I'm a mechanic. Had a mutual customer come in recently for replacement of the thermostat on their vehicle. The adjuster Aaron Harper approved it promptly and paid me once the repairs were completed. Smooth process
