Team go all the way to provide support...!!!

The team were very patient with me and spent over an hour assisting me. They ended up calling me over an international call and resolved my issue successfully with us chatting verbally. Kankappa and his colleagues were brilliant. I am a very happy customer

NameHero still beileves in great customer service

Whenever I have a question or issue, those at NameHero are quick to respond. My email doesn't sit in some box moving farther down the list of unread emails, it is addressed quickly. In an age where customer service has nearly been made a thing of the past, NameHero still believes it is important. And I'm very grateful

Using NameHero for years, and I am a very satisfied customer. The interface works smoothly, and the customer service is amazing! People like Amith will let you experience that you are working with true professionals. The only feedback I have is that loyal customers could be rewarded more, not only new customers. Unhelpful Support

I contacted support to inquire about bandwidth usage, but unfortunately, the assistance I received was not helpful at all. Instead of providing clear guidance on monitoring bandwidth, the support team kept directing me to user visits, which is not what I asked for. Even after clarifying my question again, they still did not understand my request. This lack of understanding and failure to provide the correct information was very frustrating. I hope the support team can improve in the future by offering more accurate and relevant assistance.

Kankappa was very helpful in assisting…

Kankappa was very helpful in assisting me with a technical issue with a new wordpress site. Not only did he get me up and running with the issue, he also noticed that another issue that my registrar email was incorrect. His anticipation of future errors is the hallmark of excellent technical and customer support. Much appreciated!

Account abuse resolved! :)

I have a Name Hero reseller hosting plan, and when issues arise, it's crucial to take action as quickly as possible to resolve them. Some of the accounts experienced attacks, but thanks to Name Hero, and specifically Natalia with team, the problems were swiftly addressed.

While I don’t encounter many issues, the ones I do face are always resolved efficiently.
It’s such a relief!

Name hero response is always fast ! They always try to resolve issues really quickly and you are never left wondering and waiting. Great support for us non techies who panic and need help quickly.
