Great Experience!

I had been looking for a LV never full and just happened upon this site. Found the bag I wanted immediately at an amazing price! Website was easy to navigate. Very communicative as I was completing the process. Bag arrived quickly and was exactly as described which was most important to me.

exceptional experience!

first, the bag was exquisitely packaged...double boxed to ensure it would not be damaged. then boxed in the chanel box (with ribbon) surrounded by bubble wrap!! i could not believe you would take the time to box my purchase in the same way it would be boxed at a chanel boutique!! thank you!

when i opened the chanel box, i found every single thing that was to come with the bag....sales receipt, dustbag, papers and books. then i located the rfid chip in the bag--and i was absolutely, 1000% certain my bag is an authentic chanel. thank you!

i was a bit nervous about purchasing from any online site--all my bags in the past have been purchased in chanel or hermes boutiques. but your reviews on TRUSTPILOT, and the way you handled a hermes bag purchase i made a few weeks ago, gave me the confidence to buy from you again. the fact that you accept returns and the return process is a HUGE factor for me in determining if i will buy from a site.

i know this is long, and i apologize. i rarely write to say thanks...and i never write reviews unless they are bad reviews. but, the way you conduct business is simply exceptional--and i want to be your customer. i see myself returning to your site to make future purchases.

The staff really made the experience and the company provided a seamless process through quoting, shipping, and confirmation. It’s nice to have a trustworthy source to do business with.

Emre is amazing and responsive through the whole process. I’ve worked with him twice now and would not hesitate to do business again.

The selling process was very efficient. I received an offer within 24 hours and once accepted was given an express shipping label. Within 1 day of myGemma receiving my item, I was paid on the same day. Best experience with any boutique!

The item I ordered for a gift was…

The item I ordered for a gift was cancelled, not by me.
It took A couple days to be notified that the item was canceled, well after the time I had shown the belt to a friend whose gift it was going to be. This is both embarrassing, as well as a poor business experience.

Phenomenal first time experience

I wanted to sell a Tiffany & Co. wedding band. From my initial inquiry to the arrival of my check, my experience with myGemma was nothing short of phenomenal. (How often do you get to say that?) I especially appreciated the timely responses to my questions and the updates regarding the status of my transaction. It made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. And it was so quick!
