Sydney B is the best counselor I’ve ever had. She keeps up with where we last were, which shows me how much she cares and wants me to progress. She encourages me in our sessions, gives great book recommendations and gives homework for me to do outside of sessions without any pressure. I have all the tools needed to have an ever lasting change. She has even gone the extra mile to help understand the confusing billing process (you pay every 4 weeks on rotating days instead of just paying a monthly fee- meaning your due dates always change and you have to be careful when you schedule or you will get charged extra fees). Overall, she has helped me overcome so much! She’s a true advocate and has been so patient with me in sessions where I struggled to process my feelings and memory in overcoming trauma.

After reaching out to the company they were quick to resolve the issue. I no longer have any complaints and I appreciate them for taking care of a stressful situation in a timely manner. When booking make sure to ask them to run your insurance info just in case to help avoid issues like this in the future. Verbal confirmation isn't always enough when some plans are confusing about their networks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Took them over 30 days to deliver our belongings and they doubled the PRICE!!! Horrible company and horrible service....The absolute worst!!!!

Joining the SCDS has been such a positive experience! I gained insight into how different parts of me (chakras) work together and each day I was striving for balance. The course is well organized and the community is so supportive! This was just the kind of integration I was looking for. I will continue to use the skills I've learned here! Thanks Morgan!

I've had 3 tutoring sessions with Christina so far. She's so organized and thoughtful; we covered tons of ground in our sessions, and she came extremely prepared each time. She followed up by sending me thorough, organized study notes each time afterwards. She does everything right. Humble in the best sense of the word. A stellar human being.

Lemon Lion Consulting - called from a phone# 724-409-5611 & when I asked how this company obtained my info or who I could talk to in order to find out where my unlisted # was obtained from, she then hung up on me. So, be advised that their customer service works in a call center that's hard to hear the person on the phone & then no working phone# to reach them back at is given during intake portion. I have so much more to say about this short phone call but will leave this here for y'all to make your own opinions

Good service for the price, and the app has nice free features like reflection notes. The only minor issue was that the first therapist I was assigned had a very busy schedule that didn't fit mine, so I spent the first week of my subscription contacting support and switching therapist. They responded pretty quickly and matched me with another therapist who was available, and I had my four video sessions with him in the remaining three weeks of mt paid subscription.

Coach Kitty is phenomenal. She listens SO non-judgmentally and brings decades of experience to her coaching conversations. And she truly has been in the non-monogamous (/polyamorous) relationship space as an educator, speaker, and coach LONG before most people dared speak about it publicly. As it becomes more and more mainstream, there's no one I would trust more than a thought-leader like Kitty. If you are having challenges in a non-monogamous family, relationship, situationship, or if you just need a safe space to ask questions, you literally just stumbled across the best in the world. Working with her is a no-brainer; if you're smart enough to work with her before she gets big, consider yourself extremely lucky.

The saving feature does not work correctly and at times when you are trying to save your note it does not capture what you have completed correctly; it has happened to me a few times. Also, I attempted to reach out to the customer service folks and I haven't heard back but overall for the price it's not bad.

Councilor is great and listens to me, makes excellent recommendations for me to follow up on and do. (She needs a raise) I can't tell you the number of times she has helped me!
