Purchasing this item with reluctancy

Purchasing this item with reluctancy. We will see how it works when we receive it. Checkout was pretty simple with possible upgrades. I did purchase the docking charger. We are full time RV'ers and look forward getting it. I hope it processed our needs.

My order,if it actually went thru WITHOUT HAVING TO DO TWO STEP VERIFICATION, then I will be very happy!!

I received a prompt response to my frustration with Vioata requesting a 2 step verification for purchasing more data for my Ryoko portable wifi. I thank you that my purchase went thru. My only concern now is that the month that it is supposed to last seems only to be about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. I use my work wifi during the day, so I'm not really using my personal wifi that much!!

It's simple, but it could be much better

It's simple, but I dislike all of the add-ons after selecting. I'd rather know all of the features & options at the beginning, so I can shop & plan strategically, rather than "now or never deals" as add-on after add-on, & so on & so forth.

I appreciate all of the options available with the Ryoko but I would have preferred to know about all of them together rather than have to decide on each one before finding out about the next one.

Easy checkout

Can't wait to receive my product. Checkout was easy except for not being able to see receipt while purchasing add one so not to go over budget.

Horrible customer service and item does NOT work

Horrible customer service and a product that does not work! bought 2 for work, tried one- advised that it does not work as advertised and absolutely does not help at work. Was advised that the cannot accept any returns where it was opened!!!! what kind of money guarantee is that when you cannot open the item to know if it works or not, afterward when i told them that i still have one thats not open, they reluctantly sent return address in germany where it costs same to ship vs what i paid for the item
would NEVER recommend!

The product works well, but when I tried to register on the web site I had difficulty, it kept asking me for the SIM card number but no matter what I did I couldn’t get it open to get the number, haven’t reached out to anyone yet as I’ve been busy

I just made an order yesterday

I just made an order yesterday. When I checked it after purchasing I realized I somehow had two of everything I needed. I contacted the live chat right away to fix the errors, and I hadto wait a long time for them. They say that it has already been processed and can’t change it, but I only made the order less than an hour earlier!! I haven’t received the product yet, but I am already quite disappointed in this company. I also hated all the add ons they tried to sell me!! The whole experience has felt so sketchy to me!!

Don't do this it's a total scam

Don't do this it's a total scam! I usually read reviews on items and this time for whatever reason I did not perhaps because it sounded so good and believe me it was too good to be true. First off it took me over a month to be able to even get it activated. They say easy one step process and this is not true. Next apparently I spent all of whatever 500 MB that they had given me pretty much on the phone call trying to get it activated. Couple hours later I tried to use it and find it I don't have access. I got on the phone the next morning to figure it out and it comes down to if you do not buy their monthly plan you cannot use this product. You can however put your own nano SIM card in off of your plan with whoever else you're having service with. Bottom line is that if you do not purchase their monthly plan unlimited is $89, you will not be able to use this product. The refund policy is only on unopened package. So I am stuck with this thing that I really can't use and it cost me about $100. Don't do it!
