Emily Nein was awesome, she went above and beyond my expectations. She was available day and night to answer every question and ensure I had all the information I needed. Our mortgage refinance was the smoothest process ever! All of our questions were thoroughly answered before the process even began. Once we initiated we had an approval within hours, and the rest of the paperwork followed shortly thereafter. Requests for documents from me came in one email, with barely any follow up. The process was quick, easy, clear, and did I mention quick? I think we signed our new loan within 3-4 weeks from when we first initiated the process. I would absolutely use them again.

My loan officer why is extremely patient and available throughout the several months I was looking for my investment property. He was able to analyze properties as soon as I came upon them and took the time to educate me on the process and remind me of factors I might have missed.
