Locked in my rate

I felt like a genius because everyone I know got a rate hike on their energy bills, but my rate is locked in. Feels great that I’m helping with clean air… I don’t care about the environment or climate change, blah blah, but if I’m saving, I guess it’s cool!

Online was easy low-pressure

I opted for a video call on Zoom because I’m busy with work, and to be honest I didn’t want to feel any pressure with someone in my house. This was really convenient for my wife and I, the call takes about an hour, and I don’t think it could be shorter because they ask a lot of questions. This annoyed me at first, but by the end I was glad they got all the context I needed for a custom solution.

Smart guys

It was great talking to their team, who seem super professional. Some of them used to be in tech, banking, and consulting— I felt more secure with their level of professionalism for this reasons.

Difference: Expertise and Service

It turns out most of the solar companies have the same equipment (panels, inverters, batteries, etc), so I was focused on the level of service I’d receive. Modern Electric uses AI in different parts of their business, like support, and humans for super specific questions.
