Marcus and Shawn are building one of the coolest brands out there. I ordered to the wrong address so I reached out immediately after my order to get the problem fixed. In minutes they responded and solved the issue. Package was delivered in under 2 days. Very personalized experience and with each order they prioritize making everyone part of the community. Also - best quality apparel you can find.

Minted is incredibly loyal to their customers. I thought I missed out after re-seller bots claimed close to the entire allocation of shoes in Minted's latest release, but the team canceled bot orders and reached out to me days later to complete my purchase. I wish more brands supported their customers like Minted does. The shoes are great and I'll continue to be a huge supporter of the brand. Thanks again!

I first found this company via the two owners on youtube. Watched some of their journey, the last year or so and really liked what I saw. Fast forward to present day, I made the decision to purchase some apparel from them and it did not disappoint. I purchased a “performance” t-shirt and would wear it everyday if I could. The design is simple, which is my personal style anyway. They have multiple pieces that I am thinking about trying and I will continue to follow/support the folks over at Minted due to the quality of the pieces, and the hard work that goes into running the company! First and foremost, I was number 102 or 3 in line and I still was able to get the size shoe I wanted at the New York City pop-up. It was a very well curated pop up. Intimate, filled with tons of fans, and honestly was ran by all family. Knowing Marcus and Shawn and their work ethic towards the brand, made it even more special to be able to support them in this endeavor. Friendly customer service, easy, checkout process, and a comfortable space to network and socialize. Was also very grateful to receive a special ceramic glass coaster with their box art on it. The attention to detail and meticulous craft were beautifully on display here.

I was able to get a pair of the saucony collab shoes with no issues during the first drop before realizing how fast they sold out (granted the bots took a lot on the initial drop). I was then surprised to see how fast I received the shoes (2 days) especially since I live all the way in Hawaii! Never have I ever ordered something, let alone from New York, and received it in 2 days of placing my order without having to pay half the price in shipping alone! Amazing!

This was maybe my 10th order from Minted New York give or take an order. From my first order in 2021 to my recent order in May of 24 the quality has stayed the same or even got better, and my orders have always been shipped within a day or two, or even same day. WORTH EVERY CENT. Favorite small business of all time and I am super excited for what’s to come in the future. Best part is I’ll always be able to say I was one of the early customers with my first order number just over 1700 😎.

I got the Minted x Saucony collab sneakers and these things are so sick. Aside from the high quality sneakers, the unboxing experience was amazing. Lots of cool things were included in the packaging which is nice to see.
