I had a delivery issue with an exchanged item that went funky. Gina took care of the whole issue quickly and gave a bonus to my credit as a courtesy. I was amazed at this service and will share with others. The items I have bought are all beautiful and unique.

I ordered two custom name, necklaces, and they do not look Like what is advertised. The quality is extremely poor and they are not well-made. Some of the letters looked blurred. One necklace came bent because the lettering is so thin. It looks like they use a laser cutter on the thinnest sheet of metal . Edges are rough and not rounded at all.
Contacted the company right away and their only resolution is offer a $15 gift card. Like there's no way I would order anything else from this company.
These necklaces are horrible! The color is super brassy and orange. One necklace arrived warped because again, the metal is so thin. Definitely not worth the money you have been warned. I don't know where the good reviews are coming from, my guess is they are fake, friends or bought.

I bought the initial necklace. It is cute but as soon as I put it on, I could smell the metal. Definitely not worth the price. Moreover, it took more than a month to receive. When I asked if it was coming from out of the US, the question was not answered. My mail showed it went back and forth to places close to my home, which appeared fraudulent. Whenever I asked a question about the item, no question was specifically answered, hence I believe these were AI generated. I should have checked to see if the jewelry came from outside the US. I know it does now by how long it took. The packaging shows a city within minutes from my home. I could have walked there and received it sooner. I lost trust in this company.
