Worst credit card company ever!!
Worst credit card company ever!!! I was a loyal customer since 2016, not one late payment and NEVER received a credit increase. I followed up on this and was advised they make periodic checks to see if the customer qualifies for an increase. With a credit score throughout the years ranging between 725-800, I'm perplexed still. At any rate, I requested for a supervisor to call me back. Needless to say, just like they treated me in terms of a credit increase it was much of the same in this regard. No one ever called to show me basic customer service or concern, so the best thing i could do for myself -was CLOSE my account today! I will give my money to people who actually respect my business! And their usual reply of calling the customer service line to resolve your issue is a waste of time. I would recommend, refer or suggest this company to anyone!
