The product is good, however the customer service sucks. We thought our cat had an issue with the litter box but ended up a behavioral issue. Before I opened this litter box I asked 3 times to return an unopened item and they wouldn’t take it back. 90 day in home my ass after 2 days with no response I will be reporting this.

So far I have had this litter box for 2 weeks and love it. A few minor issues I was able to figure out by googling. Will probably be ordering another one because I have 3 cats and still have a regular litter box out in case they did not like this. The weights on my cats keep fluctuating in the litter box and it drives me crazy because I’m not sure which one to label it too. But that’s my ocd 😊
Meowwant Customer service needs to get a little better at responding quicker, and waiting for the package to sign for it was a pain, because I’m always out running my husband to doctor appointments and not home a lot. (Although you can have it dropped off at a location and you can physically pick it up somewhere)
I would recommended this littler box! It is the SCo2 box!

My package was unable to track through FedEx. I tried to message ya'll 2-3 times. The reply said someone would respond within 24 hours. 2-3 days later and I still haven't received a response.

The best money I have ever spent in my entire life! I am beyond thrilled with this purchase! My 3 cats took to it immediately, in fact my youngest black one wants to live in it! Lol! I am disabled so it has totally made my life 100% better! Thank you Meowant!

I love this litterbox I had a different automatic litterbox but it was complicated and not as easy to clean. And needed to be reset quite often.

Easy to put together. Cats immediately used the litter box. One a 4 month old kitten and the other 5 year old cat.

Package arrived by FedEx a day earlier than anticipated. Only small issue was that it required an adult (over 21) signature. I had it delivered to my local FedEx facility so I could pick it up and sign at that time. It was very easy to set up. Both cats were very interested in the cleaning cycle and sat and watched it a few times. I followed the suggestion and put a small amount of litter from their old box on the top of the new litter. My 12 year old Ragdoll entered the box right away and did her business. I set it for 10 minutes after she finished to give the litter time to clump. When the cycle started they both sat and watched again. My 16 lb, 7 year old black cat has been a bit more skeptical. I ended up placing her in the box and petting her while inside so she felt comfortable. When she got out I pet her some more and gave her a treat. Their old box is in the same room still, but I have been covering the top a bit more each day making the opening smaller. While I was at work yesterday, I got a notification that the black cat used the box! It's the 5th day and also the weekend, so I will be home. I will remove the old box and make sure the big girl has success all day today. Hope this is helpful information.

Here are some cons about the littler box so far: 1. The grate used to “scoop” the cat waste has way to big of holes and does not actually scoop most of the cat waste, it just goes right through the holes and we end up having to scoop out the little box anyways, which is honestly really upsetting considering the money we paid to not have to do this.
2. The empty tray is really small, you will need to empty at least once a day.
3. To completely empty this cat box you have to go into the litter box and attach something to get it to empty, to me this sucks because your now having to touch a very dirty part of the little box.
The pro, it’s quiet.
All in all I would not recommend this little box for the money spent.

I ordered 1 litter box with 3 packs of liner, but I got only 1 liners. After I find out this problem, I reach out to customer service, but they didn’t reply to my mail.

I have several kinds of Meowant automatic litter boxes and they have been the best litter boxes I've owned and I've owned many automatic litter boxes including the top named. These are the only litter boxes that I have never gotten an error on. They are easy to clean, easy to put together And we love keeping track of the cats in the app

I purchased this box and have contacted customer support several times with NO RESPONSE. Our box gets to 95% and then won't connect every time. It would be nice to actually get a response or support from the company. I will be returning it and buying a Litter Robot as they actually respond to customers.

The following is how to download and set APP.
(1) Scan the QR code on the right side of the base or go to the App Store or Android App Market to download the App.
(2) After registration and login, the WIFI configuration page will be automatically entered. Please follow the prompts.
(3) Press and hold the clean button on the machine for 3 seconds to enter the network configuration state. The blue light will continue to flash.
(4) The device serial number that has entered the network configuration state will be displayed. Click the correct serial number to proceed to the next step.
(5) Enter the WiFi account password. Only 2.4GHz WiFi is supported.
(6) After the network configuration is completed, it can be used normally.
Note: If the network configuration fails, please follow the prompts and repeat the operation patiently. Pay attention to check whether the WiFi password is entered correctly (you can forget the mobile phone WiFi password and re-enter it to check whether it is correct). At the same time, make sure that the machine is in the network configuration state (the blue light of the machine continues to flash).

It arrived today easy to assemble, the only downside was there’s no easy way to add the litter to the box there’s a small circle opening so you can’t just pour the litter in you have to use a scooper.

I just received my litter box, and the packaging was great. Very easy to set up and connecting to the blue tooth was a breeze. My kitties took to it as soon as I put the litter in it. I love the notifications, detailing their weight and how long they’re in it. It’s also very quiet when cycling. If the box keeps performing this well, I will be ordering 2 more. Thank you Meowant!!!

Arrived pretty quickly and very easy to set up. My only complaint is when my cat pees near the front the clumps don't always fall back on their own during auto clean cycle. Overall it was worth the purchase and has saved me a lot of time, effort, and will help reduce physical chores for me as a person with chronic pain

Fast shipping! I received it within a few days. So far it seems to be working great. I have 3 cats. 1 of them is very large and round, 1 is muscular and heavy and 1 is a 4 month old kitten. All of them fit easily through the opening and it's neat that it weighs them and you can look at the app to see how often each cats weight is in the box. Odor is way down, saved a lot on litter, and super easy clean up. Well worth the money!

I've had my Meowant litter robot for about 2 months now. It's been a breath of fresh air, literally! No smell, easy clean up, and my 18 pound cat had no trouble adapting! She fits like a charm! I also had some trouble with my order at the beginning but Meowant CS was helpful in making it right.

When the drum rotates all the litter goes in the waste bag and stays. Sent message with no reply. A customer service number to talk to someone would be very helpful. Cannot give an accurate review until fixed

I run a pet rescue, and we get in cats with litter box issues all the time. That is the main reason they are surrendered to us. I have tried many automatics, and this one is the best so far, with the least amount of mechanical issues. Thank you!
