I order 7ft bean bag after 10 days beans arrive but there is no sign of bag cover, and when I call them they don’t answer and they text me saying that; my order is on the way and it will arrive in 2 days but not a sign of it and now I am trying to call the number it says this number not in service no longer. First and last time I am ordering from them, you think you are saving money but the amount of time and energy you are wasting just to get your order, not worth it! Pls tell me where is my Cover and what’s is the trucking number ?

I have Daiwa Supreme Hybrid Plus chair that’s been making a ticking annoying sound. John (Technician) drove from Gardena California to isolate and diagnose the problem. He explained with ease what was happening specifically throughout the process on pointing areas of elimination. Problem was fixed and I was so impressed and happy with his kindness and professionalism. I hope Daiwa company knows how fortunate they are to have a great employee (Tech) such as John. I know John will continue to help service the needs of customers and represent the Daiwa family to his best ability while taking great pride of the work he does. Also, want to give thanks from the entire Daiwa team. The entire support was top shelf service. Thank you Daiwa especially John !
