I received my Double Delights Wedding Gown Hydrangea today. I am Double Delighted!! I was not expecting such a large plant!! It is green and thriving I will be planting it this weekend. This is amazing!! Having a plant arrive so healthy is not an everyday occurrence!

I ordered 2 pots of the “Little Lime PUNCH” Hydrangeas in the spring of 2022. They have yet to have the red and pink Punch color flowers like it is shown on Lots of Plants website. No, they don’t even turn pink or red at the end of the season as I was told. They turn brown! I’m very disappointed after paying high dollar for these specific hydrangeas.

I was always leery of ordering plants online. But I have been looking for a weeping blue atlas cedar, and none of my local nurseries had one. So, I go online. I am so glad I used Lots of Plants. I talked to Joe on the phone before I actually placed my order. He was pleasant and answered all my questions. I received my tree in great time, and it was perfect! I am so happy with it, and the condition it came in (which was great). Thanks to Lots of Plants for making my online plant ordering a success. Will not hesitate to order from you all again!

I bought a shrub from LotsOfPlants only because I could not find it anywhere else. I hoped for the best, and I got it! It is always scary to buy from a business online because you just don't know. When my shrub arrived, it was fried. It took nine days for it to arrive during this hot summer. I called, sent pictures, and they responded the next day that they would send a replacement in late August. I received it on Aug 30 and it was in perfect condition. It obviously was UPS' problem because it took too long to deliver. Nonetheless, LotsOfPlants replaced the plant. I will definitely buy again. My msg to reviews that questioned the positive reviews for this company. i am a real customer in Westminster, Colorado.

My American Pillar arborvitae’s were deliver as promised and in excellent condition. Packaging was secure. The 35 Arborvitae’s I ordered last year have grown 3 feet in just one year! I am so thrilled with my service and products with Lots of Plants. I must say a little pricey, but well worth it. Other businesses I ordered same tree from arrived in bad shape and didn’t grow as well even though I used same method of planting and care.

I purchased an admiral barberry from lots of plants. This was my First time ordering with them, so I was a little nervous. But the plant came in, absolutely beautiful. It was packaged very well there was no stress at all with my plant and it’s gone in my Shrub bed this week. I only have good reviews to say about this company

I ordered what was listed as a 3-4ft Autumn Moon Japanese Maple in a 3 gallon container. When it arrived, it was only 2'5" including the height of the container. The container itself was no more than a 2 gallon. If. I sent a pleasant email with a picture measuring the size of the tree, and asked what could be done. I mentioned that I hoped I could still get the size of tree and container that I paid for. The first time, he completely dismissed everything I said and replied something to the effect of "the tree looks great! Make sure to give it a good layer of mulch." Long story short, we went back and forth, and ultimately, he was unwilling to do anything about it. Never apologized. Never took responsibility for dishonest marketing. I'll be disputing the charge to my card and hoping for the best. First and last time with LotsOfPlants. This was the kind of sale you might expect from a shady character off of Facebook Marketplace, not a professional business.

I had placed my order to replace a mountain laurel that did not thrive. I wanted the laurel to match another one in my front landscape for symmetry purposes, and when the plant arrived, it was gorgeous. I was far more beautiful then the plant I had thriving in my yard. So much so I bought another.

Both plants were packed well and arrived in good condition and on time. Plants look healthy and are trimmed back slightly to fit into the packing box. They are one of the few stores to carry the hard to find Nova Zembla Rhododendron, and at a great price. Will do business with them again and recommend to others.
