I've been able to go on site and complete my order with no issues. In the past if I had an issue it was swiftly resolved. My packages have always been delivered within a weeks time . As I've stated before LEH has set a high standard and quickly show me how inferior other companies falter in customer service. I'm a big fan .

Lost empire gives great information on the herbs with the benefits for our health and a quiz which helps identify what is best for each person to buy. The videos really aid because the visual, seeing, is a good idea. I like that we can call also if we have a question.

There 4 reasons why I want to give 5 Stars for Servics. An abundance of valuable information on website which helps guide towards the herbs that may help. Almost immediate response to query regarding possibility of and cost of shipping ( to UK ). Ease of ordering and payment system. I recently came across Lost Empire Herbs, and decided to give some of their supplements a try. Their website is very well presented, and the information concerning their products in very detailed, and informative. Making selections is very easy. They have a short quiz you can take on a variety of scenarios and they help you pinpoint exactly which herbs will help you. I felt comfortable on the website. Communication is good, not overbearing, or bloated with "buy me" all the time. So far I have been very happy, and if the product does its job, I'll look to invest in others.

Been taking the mushroom brain tincture everyday since mid July and on my second bottle. The only thing noticeable at this time is I do feel a little calmer, so that in itself is keeping my BP in check.

The products seem to be working well!
Just really need to include MORE Info about each product as I receive them in the mail they have no information as, 'when is the best time to take them, 'Can I take them together'? I get packets of all kinds but don't know what they are for! You don't seem to get it! Sending already printed brochures does not cover all possibilities!
